We had a friendly,helpful chap come and look at our blocked drain.
We d been struggerling with for 5 day put unblocker down twice no joy.
Adam came and rectified it in 40 minutes .use dyno rod before many years ago and was pleased with them and pleased with them now they have a sparkerling reputation and so they should adam was brilliant really chatty and friendly got the job done.

Jordan, the engineer from British Gas / Dyno-Rod, came the same day, was excellent, professional, attentive, efficient and understanding. He diagnosed and resolved our serious leakage problem fully!
Could not have been better!

The gentleman who visited my property carried out his survey very professionally. Quick and precise, no messing, very informative with his findings and ‘man to man’ also found him to be a likeable character

Brilliant and efficient service. Booked a slot for Monday on Saturday. Arrived Monday morning, found the issue and sorted it. Drains flowing as they should once again. Scott was professional and clearly explained the issue. Thank you :)

Absolutely spot on, rang up to book an appointment due to a blocked drain that was really backed up, had someone out in about an hour after having the appointment booked. I had someone called Keith and he was brilliant. So quick about it, he wasn't messing about and knew what he was doing. I'd deffo recommend if anyone has any drain issues!

I called Dyno at my neighbours’ recommendation in an emergency ( blocked sewer drain). From initial telephone contact to completing the work, everything was explained clearly, and importantly to me, there was clarity about pricing the job. Mark arrived within an hour, he was so helpful in his explanation I felt very reassured the problem would be resolved. Excellent customer service from initial contact to job completion.
