We had a blocked toilet and possible drainage problem. We had used Dyno-Rod on a previous occasion and found them to be very good I phoned the local number and a very helpful receptionist said that she could send an engineer to us within a couple of hours.
Jake Burton duly arrived he was very pleasant and spent time sorting out the problem and gave us an explanation of what he was doing. Excellent service would highly recommend.

I called Dyno-Rod office this morning and they arranged an appointment for this afternoon. During my phone call I found their customer service Shaun to be friendly and knowledgeable. When Carlos the engineer came out he explain what he was going to do at each stage and carried the work out professionally and didn’t make a mess. He also tested everything was running correctly before leaving site. I would certainly recommend Dyno-Rod to family and friends and wouldn’t have any hesitation in calling again in the future. Thank you for your prompt service!

We had a blocked toilet and neither ourselves or a local plumber could fix it. The plumber recommended Dino-Rod. We called them at 9am yesterday morning, they gave us a quote and marked us down as an emergency because we only had one toilet. Dan arrived within the hour and was professional and friendly. He assessed the situation and quickly got to work, explaining everything as he went along. He was as good as his word. He unblocked the toilet and kept the mess to a minimum. We paid the quoted amount and had a 90 day guarantee. We couldn’t have asked for a better service from Dino-Rod or Dan. He was a knight in shining armour! Thank you Dan!

The 2 chaps were very efficient, knew their job expertly and were tidy, considerate and very sociable. Also diagnosed and cured the problem with advice as to how to prevent a recurrence.

In general I was quite happy with the company. The men who did the work were great. One disappointment was on the first date given to do the work I checked to see if they were coming to find I had been overlooked by their admin staff. I was given another date after apologies. Otherwise good experience.

Josh was lovely, professional and courteous! He was understanding that I’ve not had to call out for drains before and explained what the blockage appeared to be which was helpful. Quick and easy, fingers crossed no more issues! Thank you!

Pete was amazing from Dyno Rod. Very efficient even in the extream heat he had to work in a lovely genuine guy. Left no mess. I would definatly use Pete again.

Having called this afternoon I was not expecting such FANTASTIC service!!
Quoted ETA and cost by lovely reception team.
Within 30m Dan called and advised he was approximately an hour away.
Arrived on time... Assessed the blockage... Kitted up.... Accepted cuppa... Blasted.... Done. What an AMAZING service. Polite, professional, respectful of property and courteous!! Advised how this could have been caused and how to try and prevent it in the future. Real people who know how to get the job done ✅ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just a simple blocked toilet but they were so quick and friendly and efficient. Five stars.

Josh was brilliant. It soon became evident that the previous company I’d used had not done the job properly, which explained why it blocked again within two weeks! Today, Josh talked through the whole process and gave me tips on how to avoid this in future. Really pleased.

Blocked drain and soakaway. Booked Dynorod to come out and James came out on time and called me when he was on his way. He had a thorough look around the drains, just blocked due to moss, checked and cleared them and cleared away any mess. James was really great, super friendly and helpful and showed me what he found, so good to have someone come out and be reliable, friendly and keep you informed along the way. Thanks a million James 😊

Shane was excellent, cleared the drains efficiently and cleaned up leaving everything super clean. He was such a nice guy too. Definite use Same and Dyno again. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

The engineer, called Pete, clearly explained what the problem was and had the expertise to sort it out

The work was carried out by Thomas and mate who were extremely professional and competent in what they do. Moreover they were very friendly. When the job was completed ther was no indication that anyone had been her at all ,considering the depth of the excavations.some excess spoil was not just thrown on the garden but neatly spread. I cannot recommend this man to highly for professionalism and overall ability and integrity would recommend him to anyone without reservation
