Competent pleasant engineers did a suberb job!
We had a drain replaced and we were nervous as they needed to drill and take up the patio bricks. But we need not have worried, because Bill and Jordan did a superb job. They arrived on time and were professional, competent and respectful. We are so happy with the result. The drain looks so good now! We now have peace of mind. Huge thanks!

First class service from Justin
Justin was the engineer. Visited promptly and at the time he said would be there. Courtesy call beforehand. Very friendly and courteous. Listened to the problem I was experiencing and did a thorough investigation. Took time and care to remove the blockage and double checked afterwards with a further inspection. Service was excellent from start to finish and that was largely down to Justin’s attitude and expertise. Many thanks.

Great emergency service. Polite and effective.
Really easy to get a same day appointment and the person taking the booking was super helpful. Then when Daniel arrived he found the blockage and dealt with it effectively. Very clean, tidy, polite, and professional. Great job and now we are back to normal after getting some good advice to pass on to the household. Great job.

Friendly Aussie who cleared my blocked…
Friendly Aussie who cleared my blocked kitchen sink and also did a distal clear out in quick time. Only issue was my address was recorded wrongly twice and if the plumber hadn't called we would all have been none the wiser. I also suggest during triage of the call adding notes for the attending plumbers health and safety when and what chemicals was put down as it may need 4 days to clear out. Otherwise may render the whole visit pointless.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Booked online for a next day visit for a blocked toilet. DynoRod called back in the morning with the price. Engineer Jason came the next day and cleared the toilet. The price was as quoted - no extras, unlike we have found with other people. The price of around £I95 was extremely reasonable compared with other people we have called. He also identified the real cause of the repeated blockage and suggested a simple solution. No previous plumbers had identified this cause which perfectly explained the problems. I would highly recommend DynoRod.

Great advice, very skilled and friendly.
The whole team were quite frankly amazing. They were prompt, knowledgeable, sympathetic and gave us some excellent advice. The discovery process was swift and our issue was explained to us very clearly, which led to a very satisfactory outcome, with no hidden surprises. The icing on the cake was that the whole team were such a pleasure to chat to, they put us at ease in what could otherwise have been a stressful day. Highly, highly recommended.

Problem with drains solved…
It was easy to arrange a visit for the previously identified problem with the drains. The engineers were prompt, friendly and were happy to explain the proceedure to solve the problem and answer any questions we had.
They were very efficient and the job was completed without any problems.
We would be happy to use Dynod again.
