The two gentlemen that came to our property were so helpful and went above and beyond to see the work was carried out perfectly they were respectful of our property and informed us all the time what was being done

Excellent service! I called them about serious blockage and one their guys called Tony was there in 25 minutes. Very knowledgeable about old (Edwardian) underground waste pipes. He located the blockage 16m down the pipe and managed to get it cleared within a couple of hours from calling them. Honest, quick, good prices, i highly recommend them!

The team was excellent. They were efficient, capable and friendly. They explained the process clearly and left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Rang late Sunday night but they had no-one free till the morning. Nick called ahead & arrived promptly. Dealt with the issue, had to visit two drains in two different gardens but he was very accommodating. Great experience.

After a series of blocked drains, we knew we needed them descaling. Guys came right on time, (they know the address pretty well by now!), and cracked on. Did all they could to clear them out, and ended up with clear drains. Problem solved once and for all, hopefully! Only reason I don’t give a 5, is that I think they are expensive. Really expensive, but I suppose they have the tools and skills to do what I couldn’t.

Rob Lee from Dyno popped round to have a look at a shower drainage issue for us today.

He was absolutley brilliant. Rob took a look at the issue and quickly identified it wasnt blockage issue, and that putting a camera down wouldnt find/fix the issue. We really appreciated Rob's honesty as it saved us from paying an unneccsary bill.

Whilst here Rob also noticed an issue with main drainage and gave us all the information to contact southern water to resolve it. 10/10 would recommend.

Although initially promised an Engineer on Saturday Dynorod quickly got in touch to say it would be Easter Sunday. Engineer arrived on schedule. Diagnosed and fixed problem very efficiently. Initial quote was 240 including VAT. And that's what it cost. Brilliant service and many thanks for saving on Easter holiday. Very much appreciated.

Called Dyno-Rod after finding an overflowing outside drain. Within two hours they arrived and sorted the problem. They explained the cause and recommended measures to avoid a re-occurrence

A quick next day appointment, Colin was punctual, polite and very professional, he explained everything to me as he worked. Am happy to say the results were successful. I would recommend.
