First class service. Very satisfied.
The engineer explained clearly what he was going to do to investigate and resolve the problem. He updated us on his progress at each stage of the process, talking us through the stages in a courteous and easily understood manner. On completion, everything was left clean and tidy. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Excellent service- the person who came to do the job understood the problem. We had 2 people in before to unblock the sinks but they were not able to identify the issue. We are very pleased with how smoothly the job was done and to a very good standard

Dyno- rod was excellent to deal with a household emergency. Found the representatives excellent very reassuring couldn’t complete the job first time needed an extra person arranged time for following day . But dealt with immediate issues safe to leave until arrival as expected next day. Resolved the problem helpful regarding securing future issues. Would recommend to anyone for prompt service friendly assistance and job well done . Jamie an asset to the company 👍.

Drain back up problem.
I phoned the Dyno Rod team yesterday and they were out first thing in the morning and resolved our problem right away. We were also given some good advice and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Due to the torrential rain on Saturday, and a blocked drain, I had water coming up though my kitchen sink and pouring from my washing machine. James Graham came today and cleared the blockage within 30 minutes. He was extremely helpful, professional, personable and answered all my stupid questions!. Thank you!

Thumbs up to Fraser and Dyno team
Fraser turned up on date and time to fix my soil drain issue which I had partly excavated. The guy was very friendly and courteous throughout. Quickly identified the problem and repaired it professionally and speedily. I would highly recommend Fraser and the Dyno team.

Great service unblocking my drain
Great service unblocking my drain. Was really quick and efficient and also gave clear view of what was going on and how to handle it if sane happened in future. Booking was super easy followed up by a call and info on cost. Got call ahead of arrival. Turned up as stated and got on with the job. Excellent service ice.
