Dyno engineer did an excellent job replacing a leaking radiator. A very knowledgeable and careful worker. He explained what he would be, and was, doing and ensured he made no mess. Very impressed by the professionalism of the engineer.

The problem was left by British Gas and was very awkward but the engineer did a great job and explained what he was having to do as he proceed

Engineer (sorry don't know his name) arrived Sunday evening to look at issue I had after same company fit a new pump days before. He fixed problem quickly and efficiently. Very friendly engineer and explained what problem was.

Efficient, friendly and willing to explain the work being done. This was an excellent example of good customer service and care.

Swift response to come and survey and provided honest and clear advice to support resolution. “Rods” team requested due to the position of issue.

I was quoted £105 on the phone to replace a Flexy for my tap. Then the plumber came, differentially at the quotation to £108. Then went back to his van, saying he was getting a proper quotation that hiked up the quotation to £113, all for the same job with no further complications tied. Then when it came to the payment, which I giving in cash. He told me he had no change. That I had to get my father to come over so he could get the exact amount. I had never had this problem before with them before. But I don't like surprised changes to the price having discussed it over the phone. It makes it look like their plumbers can make up their own prices. Which made me feel uncomfortable in dealing with the plumber.Furthermore, if the option is available to pay in cash, the plumbers should be well equipped to give out the change.

Gave me a time slot to choose from phoned when was on the way was friendly and helpfull answered all questions asked very happy with the Job they did

Long story short, we had what turned out to be a leaking shared water main right under our downstairs bathroom floor which just happened to be concrete to add to the hassle. We had an initial visit to diagnose the problem, was reassured it’d be ok in the short term and a follow up visit booked for today. The lovely engineer Darren turned up promptly and soon set to work to find the pipe with his listening equipment and dug down and alongside his colleague Adam sorted the problem. They made a worrying event as smooth as possible. I would use again and if necessary certainly trust them on their own in our home. Lovely , pleasant men.

Great service from making the call to a plumber attending.service centre easy to navigate and the person was Very polite and helpful.The engineer today was Very helpful and sorted the issue promptly and very polite and courteous.

Needed a bathroom tap replacing two young men came and sorted the problem out even though it was quite difficult as there wasn’t any isolating valves, very impressed with the service

Easy to book for an urgent call at a fixed price. The Dyno team arrived promptly and worked with endless patience through a long day on a filthy, wet and muddy job that was much more difficult than first thought. Would recommend Dyno without reservation.

Engineer arrived when scheduled and set to work immediately. Very courteous, very obliging, very pleasant, and very knowledgeable & thorough. Job was 'residual' from recent boiler installation, and the powerflush was done meticulously. I have received top service from the engineer to whom the job was allocated to. Highly recommended!

My elderly father 90 has dementia and last Friday night his carers reported that he had a very blocked toilet. Within hours of reporting the problem an appointment was arranged and the the blockage was fixed by Craig at Dynorod who reassured me as it was my birthday and I was unable to get to my father's house that all would be fine. I was even treated to a chorus of happy birthday. I was reassured not to worry, just to enjoy my birthday and Craig would be able to use dad's key safe. He told my lovely dad he had been sent by the birthday lady and the job was completed quickly, cheerfully and efficiently. Thank you so much Craig at Yorkshire Dynorod. As the main carer for my lovely dad you made both him and me very happy.
