Adam was very professional & courteous throughout the visit. He worked tirelessly to get the job done which was a good 6 hours. Cannot thank Adam enough for fitting the new water cylinder. Well done.

We recently had DynoRod to mole from the road to the house and put in a new stop tap so we could connect to a new water supply. From start to finish the DynoRod team were excellent from the knowledgeable quote, the moling team who worked throughout the hottest day of the year to date in horrible stony/compacted soil and the plumber who connected us up. An excellent service all round.

Excellent communication and phone contact advising us of arrival time. Engineer was knowledgeable and had the correct fittings available for the job. Extremely pleasant young man who completed the job promptly promptly. We are very pleased with the reasonable cost of the overall job. Many thanks.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had an emergency in the middle of the night, Chris was with us within half an hour.... outstanding. I strongly recommend this company.

Plumber came to fix leaking tap. Had basic tap replacement but said we could buy our own and have fitted so did that. We have a very fancy tap now. Really happy, thanks.

I'm no further forward on sorting out our problem, though the chap was pleasant, courteous and as helpful as he could be. It's just a pity they sent the wrong team. This chap deals with loos and taps, not drainage and leaking possibly from a wet floor shower. There's no way of seeing my text or response to the online form to see if I said anything confusing, but the receipt email is headed dyno drains and I'm sure I said nothing about loos or taps, but did my best to explain the situation. Looks like we have to start again and hope the request goes to the right franchise next time. It seems it's up to us, the chap said it was a different franchise and gave us a phone number to contact.

Usman was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. Usman resolved both issues quickly and neatly, very happy with the results.

After nearly 2 weeks of hell with my toilet being blocked. First I had Yorkshire water out to check the outside drain pipes which was clear. I had a plumber come out twice who clearly didn't have a clue what he was doing and just made it worse. I then had a so called drain technician out from a company called drain doctor, he also didn't know his butt from his head, he said he'd unblocked it flushed it in front of me it seemed to flush but as he was walking out of the house I tried it again and it backed right back up I told my son to run outside and tell him it's still blocked he then told my son he'd come back in in a minute then he drove off with my money. I complained big time to drain doctor and managed to get a refund finally. THEN WE CALLED DYNO ROD, A LOVELY MAN CAME OUT CLEARLED THE BLOCKAGE AND COMFIRMED WHAT I THOUGHT AND WHAT I SAID TO THE PREVIOUS WORK MEN "COULD SOMETHING BE WRONG WITH THE PIPES INSIDE" THERE WAS LOADS OF CRACKS IN THE PIPES, WHICH HE EVEN SHOWED ME ON THE VIDEO FOOTAGE. HE HAS NOW SENT FOR THIS TO BE DELT WITH PROPLEY. THE MAN WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND TIDY UNLIKE THE OTHERS. THANKYOU TO THE GENTLEMAN FROM DYNO ROD WHO CAME TO MORLEY, BAKER ST TODAY. YOU ARE THE MOST HONEST ACTUALLY THE ONLY HONEST WORK MAN IVE DELT WITH. THANKYOU.

Job done well no problems. But care and respect for home from this last visit was irritating.
Why is is so hard for workmen to take their shoes off, or cover them and keep them covered. And putting things back in cupboards when they have taken them out. I’m not incapable but they should leave my home as they found it. However small the task.
Normally okay but I don’t say anything but then nothing will be done.

Two polite, skilled guys today, sorted my install jobs faultlessly. Very happy with the work done.

Usman fixed a long standing leak on my bath taps. He didn’t have the part on his van and went out of his way to go search for them at local DIY shops to ensure the job got done without a call back.

Great professional service with the customer always at mind.

Very good, abided by COVID rules. Thorough in his work, overall very good worker. Would recommend

Amazing service . Very reliable, fast and efficient

Dyno offered the only rapid response to my request for a plumber to find a leak. Chris from Edgewise arrived in the time slot and identified the source of the leak and stopped it. Very capable and explained what was happening step by step.

Usmaan came to fix my sink as it was leaking. He went above and beyond and was very professional. Thank you
