The emergency service provided by Dyno today was exceptional, solving our problem and giving us the peace of mind we needed. The engineer was very patient and explained everything to us in detail even though it was late in the evening and drew up an action plan for us should we have any issues in the future. Dyno’s Plumbers are always professional and efficient and the customer service also helpful in stressful circumstances. As always they did a sterling job. Thank you!

Nick from Dyno-British Gas called to let me know he was on the way. He was very pleasant. He explained what was causing the leak and dealt with it. Luckily it was straightforward.

Absolutely outstanding service today!!! We had an extra requirement outside what is usually covered with our BG Homecare. Our exceptional engineer Michael Lawson came & discussed our issue & provided a quote, which was competitive & very reasonable. Just over a week later, Michael came back to do the installation & we couldn’t be happier. It’s great peace of mind to have reliable, friendly & conscientious engineers carrying our repairs & installations. British Gas & Dyno Rod set the standard!

Kevin Reeve was the engineer that worked on our property. He listened, he was very amenable and was quick to diagnose the issue. One of which was new taps. He was happy to work on piping whilst I went to purchase some taps which only took 15mins. Installation was quick. Pipes were changed. Quality of work was very good and the the part that made the difference was Kevin explaining the requirements, actions and further preventative measures moving forward. A real credit to the Dyno group and a breath of fresh air in an industry that often forgets the number one purpose is service. Cheers Kevin. Top man.
