Left my job unfinished, leaking ceiling with 2 babies. Didn’t tell me there was an extra payment to be paid. Would not send the engineer out until I paid. Would NOT recommend.

Ben came today to fix my toilet and ended up going above and beyond and being a disabled customer I was so very grateful. Ben your an absolute superstar, thank you once again.

Very professional service.

We needed an emergency plumber and the guys arrived within two hours from us phoning. The job was challenging but the the two guys dealt with it without making too much mess and got us back up and running in just over three hours of solid work. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount charged for the job. Both of the gentleman were helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to use the company again, very pleased!

Dedicated to solving my issue. Clean job. Professional, friendly and clearly experienced. I know now why Dyno-Rod have been trusted for so long. I’d never use anyone else. Simply brilliant.

Jack was a nice lad. He turned up within the allotted time frame both times he came, and kept us up to date with his expected ETA via phone calls. Did the job professionally and quickly.

Joe Davis is an asset to Dyno Rod . He did a fantastic job at our property and in future if I have any issues I would like Joe to come and fix them . Top class plumber

John came out phoned us first to give a time very polite explaining how the work is carried out we hope on receipt of the quote tht the company can do the job.

My kitchen tap was dripping. Engineer Ben came to see the problem. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. I needed new mixer taps and he showed me the different taps I could choose and did not push me to choose the most expensive taps. It took him quite a long time to replace the taps as they had been there for 26 years. He also adjusted the surestop which turns the water on and off. I would highly recommend Dyno-Rod and Ben.

It was easy to make the booking, and they came the same day.
Identified the problem quickly and resolved.
All tidied up afterwards, wouldn't know that they have been.

Mark arrived punctually . He had unfortunately been given wrong information by his company. I had given a complete picture of what was wrong . If Mark had had this information he probably wouldn’t have come
I have been sent a copy of his report which is not exactly what was discussed. The possibility of rerouting the pipe work was considered but my plumber thinks it would involve major work and be very costly. However Mark was very helpful, gave a lot of useful advice and knew his job .

We have had Dyno through our service contract twice in the last few weeks and the service provided was faultless. Ross was the engineer and he was first class!

The service has been impeccable. Guys were professional, polite and friendly. They explained everything they were doing in terms we could understand. They told us when the water would be turned off. The booking process was excellent.
