Great service, the plumber was really friendly and I appreciated his advice. I acted on his advice and he put in new pipes under the sink in a very professional way.

I had an issue with water feed to cold…
I had an issue with water feed to cold water tank. Plumber, Gerald, identified the cause of the problem. He gave me a couple of options to resolve this along with a quote for the work. Once I decided what option to go for I arranged another appointment and Gerald was back the next day and completed the job. Great service.

Historical Leak
Have had a ongoing issue with our water meter since 2017 and called Dyno rod out
They arrived within half an hour, great communication
After assessing the site they advised we would need to outsource Leak Detective to find the actual leak
We did this and unfortunately couldn’t be fixed on the day
Called Dyno again and got booked in and the leak was finally fixed
Would like to mention in particular Jay and his work ethic ensuring that we got the problem resolved and we were happy
Would highly recommend

Excellent Plumbing Service
I used Dyno-Plumb - not to be mixed up with Dyno-Rod!!
I initially had a kitchen tap replaced as part of my British Gas Homecare plan. The plumbing engineer was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The work was professionally carried out in an efficient and timely manner. I was very pleased with the finished work, so I requested a quotation to do another plumbing job outwith my Homecare agreement The quote was favourable and the work, again, was carried out by the same plumbing engineer and is first class.

Phone your local office, avoid national number
Dyno-Rod visited on Saturday as part of my BGas homecare. Guy was extremely pleasant, but the repair wasn't covered, and he didn't have the relevant parts. There and then he offered to order parts, quote price, and arrange to have the repair done. Thought the price was reasonable so went ahead. This is where Dyno-Rod failed. I called their 0333 number and found their operators absolutely useless. Eventually managed to get a Glasgow number, which seems to be my local office. The girl I spoke to there told me they would be in touch as soon as the parts came in. She was in touch yesterday and arranged a plumber to come today. They were early (not a complaint) they were cheery, and very friendly. There was more to the job that anyone had anticipated, but they just got one with it, and hey presto all sorted. The quote was the price I paid, so my five stars are for the lovely plumbers who attended, and the local office. If I were reviewing their national number they'd have scored minus one.

Emergency leak…
Phoned Dyno about a leak from unknown location upstairs. Plumber arrived within an hour located the leak and fixed within an hour . Very pleasant too

We had a leak in the shower
We had a leak in the shower. The plumber cut a hole in the tiles but we couldn’t see a leak. We don’t have a leak anymore.
We will monitor it and get back to you if necessary.

Fab Company
Had a leak coming from our toilet, phoned Dyno Rod and an engineer came out to inspect it and a quote was given on the same day. When we phoned again to go ahead, an engineer came out to fix it a few days later. Highly recommend, very professional, came out promptly and engineer was very nice and helpful.

Emergency plumbing job
Phoned the number, the advisor took all the relevant details and gave me a time frame of when to expect the plumber to call, she was very friendly, polite and professional. Plumber called gave an ETA, costed the job explaining the cost of the parts and the call out fee, carried out the repair and then told me the payment process. He was very polite, professional and friendly.
