The engineer came promptly and rang me to say that he was on his way. He made the house safe and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem permanently.

We attempt to call our customers and give an ETA to ensure we are expected and help the customer prepare for our visit. We also explain the completed works in a non technical way to our customer when we are finished.

We believe at Dyno-Plumbing that its important that we explain what has happened and what action we have taken to correct this. Plumbing issues can be complicated, but this does not mean that customers should not know how their money has been spent.

Excellent service
We had a serious water leak in the house last night, and contacted Dyno through our Homecare package with British Gas. Stephen appeared this morning and went to great lengths to sort out the problem, find the parts required and ensure that everything was working perfectly before he left. We were very impressed with Stephen who is an excellent engineer.
However, we were not so impressed with the person to whom we spoke initially about the issue last night. In the midst of trying to explain the seriousness of the leak, he attempted to persuade us to increase our insurance premium to cover any possible electrical problems as well as water and gas. This was NOT appropriate as we were trying to deal with, and get help with, a seriously worrying leak.

Replacement shower
Great service, start to finish. Delay on parts, not their fault. Fitter was respectful of property, knowledgeable, and polite, advised on new style shower controls on new shower. Would definitely recommend and use again. Great job, and peace of mind.
