Amazing service! Kev has done an brilliant job fixing our bathroom/toilet problems. He was really lovely and nice to have have in the house, made us feel really comfortable and confident in his work. Kev explained the problem really well, explained the quote really clearly and was great at what he did. After some bad experiences with other companies, it was great to have Kev who was so knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

Lewis found my leak, which was under concrete, and repaired it right away and left everything tidy. He was very professional and helpful.

Lewis fitted a Sureswitch for me today. I can’t get to my current stop cock which is on the floor behind the washer. Peace of mind, job well done.

Great service by the plumber at Dyno Rod I don’t know his name but he was professional from start to finish

The problem of the leak was soon resolved by the plumber who came to investigate it. A new tap of my choice was ordered and fitted on the day and time suitable for me

Both appointments kept to time with a pre visit phone call to confirm. Very pleasant young man arrived and temporarily fixed the issue. Part ordered and he returned to complete the job. Again, prompt and efficient. Good job! Highly recommended!

Prompt response on New Years Eve to a failed power shower pump. Isolated the pump and within a week inserted an upgraded replacement pump.
Very efficient and friendly plumber.

Such a kind and knowledgeable guy turned up quite late. Still full of bounce. Diagnosed issue and gave clear advice. Dealt with next couple of concerns and informed our landlord.

Arranged for a larger radiator to be fitted by British Gas, who sent Dyno to do the work. They didn't show up the first time and we had to wait another week. Pipes were bent to fit it and the seals were leaking. Radiator was damaged. Prerty sure the engineer was drunk too. They came out to change the radiator a week later. Was still leaking after they did that. They came to sort that a few days afterwards and left my skirting board detached from the wall. Eventually came and sorted out and after 5 visits and about 20 phone calls it was all done. What a load of rubbish. Complained to British Gas and got some compensation but I won't use either Dyno or BG for any work again. In a word...crap

Tried to be charged £156 fir a quarter turn of a nut. Plumber turned for a leaking stopcock, takes a quick look and tries to find where the water cut off from the outside but said he couldn't find it. Because he made a small turn on one nut, he claimed to me this is work as he has used a tool and that should fix the problem and that'll be £156. I mentioned before hand that I hand been trying it myself to see if that would stop the leak but not hence me calling them. After he left I took a look myself for the water cut off and its in the back street. So I ended up paying £90 for a quarter turn on a nut.

Eventually had our plumbing issue resolved today after 3 weeks of waiting, missed appointments and repeated poor communication (leading to a formal complaint that’s still not been resolved). However, the young lad who’s been out today to fix the problem was outstanding, is a credit to his employers and has restored my faith in the company. Didn’t manage to catch his name (maybe Lewis?) but thank you, your wonderful, supportive manner, hard work and profession service are very, very much appreciated.

First day in my new house and my pipes burst, got a response within 20 minutes and a plumber came to my house within the hour and sorted it for me no problem; very kind and explained everything and what I could do to prevent it happening again.

Booked thru British Gas to fix toilet flush. Ryan was quick and efficient in identifying problem and replacing problem part. There was a slight leak following fix but Ryan came back out quickly and though it was a bigger job to resolve he managed to resolve the leak issue. Very efficient.

Booked a call out through British Gas Homecare for a leaking kitchen tap. A new tap had to be ordered which was not a stock item. The same engineer came for both visits, the call out and to fit the new kitchen tap. He was very efficient, polite and respectful.

Received excellent service from Martin Mason Knowsley. Extremely patient and very understanding and explained everything .
