Excellent and considerate work
I was extremely impressed with the service provided. They came to assess the job on the same day as I requested a visit. I thought there was a slow leak in a waste pipe so was keen to get it investigated. After initial survey they said they could do the investigation now. They followed a very sensible process, explaining every step, and the price structure. Within the hour they had investigated from different locations, but found no leaks. Then they discovered a mouse nest, which they concluded was the source of the smell and the stain in the ceiling. Not nice. Even though it was not within their remit, they removed the nest and set up some mouse traps that I had. They tidied up as well. Also, with the cutting into the plasterboard that was required, they did the minimum needed and did it neatly and as hidden as possible. Overall I would rate them very highly: professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and good at communicating clearly.

Super Polite and Efficient
Emergency call out on a Sunday due to leaking pipe / waste trap that caused a ceiling to partially collapse.
Super polite, friendly and efficient and politely excused I was still in pjs trying to clean up!!

Had a leak from bathroom through kitchen ceiling
Had a leak from my bathroom coming down through my kitchen ceiling.Phoned at 9am plumber arrived at 2.30pm excellent service problem was solved in less than 1 hour. Very pleasant man very professional. Would definitely use again

Kitchen tap replacement
Had a new kitchen tap fitted, it wasn’t an easy job but the lads just got on with it, I was confident they would be able to fix it eventually and they did, thanks Dyno~Rod for sending 2 great plumbers and I’ve also got a new tap

Great response.
Contacted me 1 hour after making and again 30 minutes before arrival. Arrived 2 hrs after making claim, very prompt response. Diagnosed problem, had correct spares thus resting issue.
