5-star review for a five-star plumbing work carried out by a 5-Star team at Dyno-Rod!!

Despite having to wait longer than anticipated to get the Dyno Rod quote, I am now completely satisfied with the work completed.
Engineer Sam was punctual and arrived at the time he said he would.
He was friendly and approachable from our first introduction.
Sam was safety conscious reassuring me with electrical and mains water checks before commencing work.
He was approachable and courteous providing a full and clear explanation of the works schedule and phases.
The old shower was decommissioned before the new installation. This was done methodically, seamlessly and without hiccup.
Sam respectfully used dust sheets whilst working, but nevertheless was keen to leave the work site clean and tidy upon completion of the job.
It was a pleasure to have Sam in my home and I would recommend him highly. Great job! Many thanks!

There were two nice plumbers. But they have to follow company procedure. The issue I have is with the company:
- took a long time to get a quote.
- once a quote was accepted to install a booster pump for the water pressure, it took a month to acknowledge, and only after several phone calls. I had to call BG (which outsources plumbing to Dyno in our area) to put pressure on Dyno to move things.
- the representation I was given regarding the results was wrong. I was told it would increase water pressure to at least 1.6 bars but that wasn’t the case.
- the cold water flow in the kitchen is actually slower now after installing the booster pump.
- I wasn’t offered any subsequent quality check. The plumbers seemed to be at a loss and continually called their manager who didn’t respond.
- I wasn’t left with any written report. I asked the plumbers to enter my reservations about the results, only after which I agreed to sign. So they left without providing me any document.

So now we are stuck with a booster pump, after having cost us £841 including labour. And I will have to enlist the help of British Gas to put pressure on Dyno to investigate.
Suffice to say I was very underwhelmed by the lack of professionalism.

Thanks for the excellent service that Harry Williams provided at our home last week. He is a credit to your company and should be praised for his work ethic and standards.

He arrived on time (in fact slightly early), on the date arranged in order to power flush all the radiators in our house. There are 16 radiators and it took him from 8am until 8pm to do the job. He worked tirelessly and did not even take any significant break throughout the whole 12 hours and was entirely focused on getting the job done. He successfully got all the radiators working again and was a great communicator every step of the way in terms of explaining the issues he was finding and what steps he was going to take to resolve them.

He was thoroughly pleasant to deal with at every stage and we'd highly recommend him to anyone else looking for his services.

BE CAREFUL & AVOID!!! Dyno-Rod North London

1.They installed hot water cylinder for my flat in October, and the engineer finished & left with system not working. We had to call customer service for an emergency service.

2. They requested me to pay the whole amount nearly £2000.00(included VAT) in advance with no formal payment request or proforma invoice, which I paid. BUT after the work was completed, they reluctantly issue VAT invoice although I chased numerous times via both email and calls. I still haven’t received invoice so far.

Hope regulator authorities or HMRC to pay attention to this company. If they don’t issue VAT invoice, there is a possibility that NO output VAT for this transaction will be submitted to HMRC.

Arrived promptly. Good communication. Professional lads. Would certainly use again.

The best customer service

Booking was quick and easy and Leon, who fixed my complicated kitchen tap problem, was absolutely brilliant. Dedicated, professional and considerate, he worked incredibly hard and very late and returned the next day as soon as he possibly could to complete the task (we first needed Thames Water to repair their broken stop tap outside before all the final checks could be done). I am so pleased I turned to Dyno-Rod for the quality of Leon's work and the pleasure it was to have someone in my home with whom I felt comfortable, who fully understood the issue and was genuinely happy to explain and advise the steps he was taking to fix it. You've got a great engineer there, Dyno-Rod, look after him!

Very satisfied with my visit today, the plumber resolved the issue promptly and was extremely helpful in dealing with my questions.
