Used through my British Gas contract. Non urgent job which was scheduled in within 2 days. Plumber, Carl A, came on time (in fact he was early, though he did call to check that was ok). Job completed without fuss, all cleared up once done too. Very respectful of property, wore shoe covers etc. Couldn't fault the service, thank you Carl A.

Was able to book an appointment online for few days after. Plumber called Carl A let me know when he was coming with plenty of notice. Was very professional, did a really good job very quickly and kept me informed of what he was doing and let me check I was happy with everything. Very easy and good experience.

Return visit (again!)
Return visit (again!). Issue finally resolved after numerous visits by a different plumber from Dyno. Toilet leak fixed. Toilet was leaking water causing a constant flow of water and increase in bills. Previous plumber who had beem out on at least 2 occasions advised us that there was no leak. Glad we got different plumber this time who actually said it was blatantly obvious there was a leak in the toilet! I knew I was right all along!!
