Plumber was on time, curtious and talked us through the job making invaluable options to get what I wanted done.

The plumber Connor was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating.
The staff coordinating the appointments were friendly and very helpful.

Lee sorted my problematic toilet with ease. He was professional and knowledgeable and sorted the toilet without any fuss. Appreciate the job undertaken and would fully recommend!

Alex came out to repair a plumbing issue, under my Homecare cover with British Gas.

He quickly fixed the leaking taps issue, and replaced the valves with more sturdier ones.

I also pointed out another plumbing issue with the toilet, he quickly diagnosed this and fixed in no time at all. Furthermore, Alex noticed some rusty bolts on the toilet which he replaced to prevent leak issues in future.

All done with a smile and courtesy - Alex put on shoe protectors and vacuumed after the job to leave things as he found them.

The response to this non-urgent problem was the next working day.
Although the time slot was 8-6, we were told we would get a call before the plumber arrived. We had a helpful 20 minute notice.
The plumber was friendly and polite. He explained what he was doing and sorted out the tap quickly, leaving no mess.

The plumber Connor arrived within my allocated time and his work and customer service were excellent.

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by the engineer Connor. Unlike some other engineers who haven't always been attentive or eager to work, Connor stood out. He tirelessly worked to identify a leak in the kitchen, which was likely coming from the bathroom but was not identified by previous engineers. He explored all possible alternatives until he found the issue, clearly explaining everything and providing guidance on the next steps. Besides his competence, Connor proved to be a very polite, respectful person with great energy. Five stars for Connor!

Delighted with the service we received. Not only mended, he informed us if steps we can take in the future to isolate water etc without turning off mains. Very helpful, very respectful and so polite

The engineer, Connor, was quick to identify and isolate the faulty part. He navigated his way around some obstructions to then remove and replace the part as neatly as possible. Thereafter, he explained and illustrated what had been the underlying issue and offered advice for moving forward. Throughout he maintained a warm and cheery demeanour, despite working what sounded like a potentially long shift.

Great, knowledgeable engineer Mohammed Waseem. Came over knew exactly what the job was. Seems to have read through previous engineers notes. We have an ongoing water pressure issue that United Utilities were not able to fix. However British Gas Dyno are on the case now. We are hopeful going off what we have experienced they will get it located within our boundary and fixed.

We had Connor C with us today to take a lot at plumbing issue. He was a happy cheerful guy and knew what he was doing, there was no if but or maybe’s, it was clear he knew the issue and how to rectify it swiftly.
