Truly Exceptional
Jacob provided a truly exceptional service. He was polite, professional and punctual and he quickly and efficiently diagnose the problem. He communicated this to me clearly and expertly explained all the parts that were needed to repair the problem. He then went the extra mile to obtain these. Jacob is a genuine and sincere character and one who inspires absolute trust confidence, so important in the relationship with the customer. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him - cheers Jacob - excellent work!

Power Flush
Paid for a power flush through British Gas, as 45 year old radiators were only getting Lukewarm and some were cold at the bottom due to sludge. Alex and ? (Sorry forgotten your name) were very amicable,very efficient and explained what they were doing at all times. At the end one of our pumps wasn't working very well, so they ordered a new one and came back the next day to fit it. All working very well now, in fact they're to hot for me now (although my wife and kids are very happy with that 🥵

HOT WATER LEAK
Hot water leak reported to British Gas under Homeserve agreement. Plumber arrived within 12 hours and said a new hot water cylinder was required. 48 hours later Dave and Dan (aka "The Dream Team") arrived with new cylinder. Job completed to my total satisfaction. Thank you so much!!!

A central heating flush
Alex came to do a flush on my heating system today and I haven't come across such a helpful young man in a long time. He did a splendid job and I asked a lot of questions which he was able to answer.

Leaking waste pipe
Came out on time and jimmy (local to me )was brilliant throughout, hopefully he’ll get recognised as it’s hard coming across good staff he was Professional and courteous and fixed the problem with no issues . Would highly recommend jimmy and dynorod really appreciate coming out the next as day well so thank you .

Tricky job with a substantial water…
Tricky job with a substantial water leak and no visible cause. But, the leak was found and despite initial fears of a major and messy job, it was fixed with minimal disruption. More importantly, less cost and lower than the insurance excess so great result!

Quick and reasonable price
Some pipe is leaking for me. Called dyno and get an engineer to help me. The price is reasonable. And he fixed the leakage nice and clean. Really happy with the service. Highly recommended

Lee was excellent👍
We had a leak from the water tank in the loft and called Dynorod out to fix the issue. Lee attended and replaced the ballcock and valve very quickly with no mess whatsoever.
A very knowledgeable and professional plumber,

The plumber was great
The plumber was great. What wasn't so great was that as a nationwide company thay didn't have the parts to do a proper job and had to cobble together parts from a different tap to replace our stopcock.
