What more could I ask for than the problem being resolved whilst the plumber was just looking to price the job. I was delighted that it only cost me a half-hour charge too. I'll definitely have Dyno-rod at the top of my list if I need a plumber again.

I found a leak on Monday, I had a plumber here Tuesday to assess it & by Friday the work was done. They did the work in quicker time than the invoice quoted and were honest about that reducing the price accordingly. The plumber was polite, kind & helpful. Incredibly tactile with my Mum who has Alzheimers & even kept an eye on her alerting me when he noticed she seemed distressed. The work was impeccable, the above and beyond clean up was, although unnecessary, incredibly helpful & thoughtful. Also, this is based on this weeks services, however we have used Dyno before and every single time the plumbers or drainage guys have been, without exception, professional, with great customer service leaving a really good job behind them. 10/10 recommended.

Plumber from Dyno arrived as planned and was very knowledgeable in regard to our problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it, all within an hour. Plumber was also very personable and cared for our home.

I have had Kyle, from dyno, in twice.
1st to replace stopcock in both tanks.
2nd remove to pieces of thin wood with a thick board to make it safer, and secure to put the tank back on.
Both jobs were completed in minimal time.
Kyle, ask me if I was happy with everything, well pleased.
Kyle, is friendly easy to talk to a nice pleasant guy.

I booked a plumber to fix a bathtub leak. He showed up on time, was very professional and polite. He qas able to identify the cause of the leak and quote for fixing beforestarting work. The Plumber came across as very knowledgeable and competent, and fixed the problem very promptly. I would highly recommend Dyno-Rod.

He was very pleasant, courteous and professional and sorted the job in no time.

Fantastic customer service, quick, efficient and very fairly priced.

Not great service. Booked in advance appointments on 2 occasions and failed to arrived. 1st one just didn't show up, 2nd one called at 7pm to say the shop had shut so couldn't get the parts (that was an 8 to 6pm slot).
Finally the work is done and engineer said he could do a small part of the pipe as he ran out of materials, do I want him to go get more!
Overall pretty poor

Engineer pleasant and efficient. Arrived on time. Work completed quickly. Site left clean and tidy.

The plumber I had to was outstanding. She was methodical with her work. She tidied up when she had finishes. She kept me informed of everything that was being completed and why it was being done. I would definitely recommend this plumber

Plumber was professional and friendly. Cracked on super quick and had very useful advice and tips. Would use again to get something sorted quickly for sure.

Todays visit, both plumber and work carried out weretop draw, many thanks. The only down side is the compression joint that was fitted to the repair onmay 12th s visit is where the leak was found. Will be contacting them in the morning regarding the extra payment demanded by british gas as the last repair only lasted 6 months. Mays visit dywo 4122115.

Lovely job completed in minimal time. We now have good strong water coming through our cold taps which was trickling out before.

Friendly and respectful. Repair and replacement of my leaking bathroom tap was done quickly and smoothly. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Plumber 5 stars polite kept every where clean and tidy. It’s a shame that the company was only 3 stars-
I quote was wrong.
2 wasn’t sure when they were coming. They asked me if I had heard from them and I told them what date they had given me by message.
3 when the plumber rang me to say what time he would be with me he told me that the job was to replace a shower pump. I told him we hadn’t got one. He had to come and check what had to be done. (Wrong instructions were given to him.
4 on the quote (item6 it says:

You will be invoiced immediately on completion of the work. The total of the invoice is payable immediately.

I took this to mean that I would receive an invoice and then pay the invoice immediately. No I had to pay immediately after the plumber had completed the work.

Dynorod were called by British Gas as we have a leak contract with them. First man came found the leak and removed the boxing around the pipe work. Unfortunately they couldn’t access the cutting tool needed to undertake the pipe replacement. Second man arrived two days later (we stopped using the sink where the leak was) at 12.30 (morning call!) who spent nearly four hours here. The pipe was repaired - not as originally intended - but by fixing a piece of pipe work with circular clips. Not sure why it took so long. Today a man arrived to replace the boxing which appears to be a job well done. Dynorod advised us at each stage with phone calls therefore although it was a long process the job was completed with satisfaction.
