Had fantastic service today. Work was completed and the area tidied and cleaned. The engineer was pleasant and polite. He let us know he was on his way. Explained what the issue was and how we could have further work to prevent it happening again. I would highly recommend the company. The price quoted was the price I paid. Great service.

Poor Customer Service:
I phoned around 3pm on 1st March 2026 to ask for someone to come out to Kendal to clear a blocked sewer pipe connected to a private sewerage system.
I was told a workman would phone soon. Two hours later, I was told no one was available for call out today.
The person who called was unable to confirm that some one would be available tomorrow either.
Very unreliable and disappointing response to a toilet emergency.

We had a service engineer visit us today 24 th February.
What an excellent service we received.
We had two radiators removed and replaced. The engineer, Jacob Patton, was brilliant, so professional, tidy, stayed late until he was satisfied that the radiators were working well. Just brilliant service definitely recommend, especially the engineer, Jacob.

A quick response and excellent service
Excellent service. Easy to book over the phone and quick response to blocked drain. Jake explained what the issue was and rectified it , then used the camera to show me that all pipes were clear. A thorough service and Jake was polite and courteous throughout. Definitely recommend.

Easy to book an appointment online. Received the engineers call quickly followed up by a call from the drain specialist. Arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. Found the problem and completed the job. Drain cleared and camera checked all other areas. Very pleased and would recommend.

Successful visit
I called at 9.30 am and had a visit at 4.10pm. This was sorted in an hour. The guy was so pleasant and helpful it was a pleasure to deal with him. All was seamless and hopefully sorted!!

Fantastic service! Booked a visit the night before online, no hassle and super easy. Blocked outside drain was sorted by lunchtime the next day. Super friendly and professional and even cleaned the patio spillage away and left every where spotless. Would not hesitate to call them again. Excellent service. Given the short notice.
Engineer was very quick to find the blockage and unblocked it in a very short time. He was very professional in carrying out the operation of the unblocking, and was on his way to hisz next job within 3/4 hour. A job well done and was worth the expense. as it stopped any more worry that we could be without toilet facilities for a number of days. Job well done.

Pete was absolutely brilliant! Firstly he knew I was on a night shift and was very respectful of this, he was our third visit to sort a drain problem and could have easily left it for another visit due to some real difficulties but he worked around it all and got it sorted for us which we are so appreciative of. He was super kind and chatty too which was nice so thank you again Pete :)
