Patrick was excellent - he even tidied up which is very unusual for trades people. He dealt with the issue and also checked as to whether I had any other drainage issues.

I am normally hesitant about service people in my apartment, but if they were all like Patrick, I would invite them up anytime. Patrick was professional, nice, knowledgeable, and efficient and helpful made me feel at ease. He even took his shoes off without asking. I've only had one experience with Dyno-Rod but if Patrick is representative of the company values, this is a company who you can trust with your business.

Operator was efficient, respectful and skilled at removing a blockage from a difficult place in the bathroom waste pipe.

The guys just picked up the man whole infront of the house and said he partially cleared it and he asked for his money. I flushed the toilet and the water wasn't going down. I used the shower and the water wasn't going down. He said he will call the main office and then he left.

Patrick was both very effective and also very polite and friendly. He was able to clear the external drains quickly and then thoroughly checked that they would stay clear by testing with additional water and checking a (previously blocked) internal drain. Highly recommended!

Helpful, friendly & arrived within 30 mins of booking. Expensive, but worth it to get it sorted so quickly.

It was not a good experience but Patrick the Dyno operative was very helpful giving me advice talking me through the process and explaining everything that was occurring and future advice.

The engineer arrived on time and when down the trainage system and installed the non-written rodent cap within minutes a job well done!

Patrick called ahead and when he arrived he was so friendly and polite. The kids watched him fixing the issue and were fascinated, especially my son! "Patrick fix it - yay!" The job was of course resolved quickly and effectively, but it was the warmth and kindness of Patrick that made our experience with Dyno the best. We look forward to the next blockage lol!

2 drains were partially blocked. Called the office at 1.45pm. Someone came around at 3.00 and by 4.00 both drain blockages were cleared. Excellent service.

Connor is very very good at his job he sorted out the problem within fifteen minutes of being on my premises. I had about seven other plumbers look at the same job two weeks running the other plumbers were messing me around passing my job from one person to another. I highly recommend Connor and am very pleased with him . In future I would like to have only Connor look at my plumbing problems. I would give other plumbers who came to my property a 0 and Connor deserves more then 10/10.

I was blessed to meet a wonderful young South African man called Brad who came out to fix my leaking bath (an emergency as it was above the electrical outlet cupboard).
This guy is a credit to his parents and your company! I cannot tell you how happy we were with this experience he was lovely! I know he’s usually based in west London so I hope you can find him and commend him.
