My mum had a blocked toilet friday she was up the wall so we called a company who came out but damaged my mums house when the pipe blew emtying water all over my mums stair carpet ,walls ,laminate hallway omg 😧 they got of and left her this is an 80yr old partially blind lady but hay ho we called dino rod explained what had happened and they turned up within half an hour the job couldnt be fixed but they promised they would be out first thing monday morning 24th nov and they were and fixed the problem thankyou so much brilliant professional company and worth calling them 👍👏👏👏

Fixed price. Attended quickly and cleared the blockage on sewer drain.
No fuss, cleaned after themselves and no scamming!

Jock and Nathan wer amazing. After already having someone out from somewer else n the job not getin done, they assured me the job would get done n it did, lovely fellas n jock even cleaned the toilet n bath thank u both so much highly recommended

Connor and Sean attended to our blocked drains today. They were extremely polite, genuine, and interested in the issue. They worked together to resolve the issue. They were attentive and respectful of myself and the property. They were diligent and kind and unblocked the drains leaving no mess and checking if it was fully resolved by asking me to turn on Taos and flush toilet etc this was evidence of their thoroughness and accountability for the job. I would highly recommend them both they were lovely :) thank you very much

Lads arrived to relay monoblocking - arrived on time and did a great job. Very friendly and had the job done without causing any inconvenience.

Telephone answered promptly,call handler good and made appointment for following morning ( lmade my request about 5pm )
At 9pm l received a call from the engineer saying he would be with me in about an hour. He came and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He was very pleasant and cheerful.

Two engineers called to fix my blocked bath, they were very efficient, professional and completed and fixed the issue quickly and left no mess. They had great customer service skills,and very polite. Not all your engineers are like that,they deserve to be recognised for this.

Fantastic service from dyno rod the engineer kenny p come to find out why my drains keep blocking up. Kenny p was very experienced and straight away put camera down drain found problem and fixed straight away. Nothing was too much trouble and kenny p when above and beyond his job thank u for for fast and professional service much appreciated

Called dyno-rod as my emergency home cover had left us without a toilet. They were here within the hour and sorted our problem out. Would definitely recommend

Dyno-Rod Kenny P. arrived in good time and got to work on our blockage straightaway. When it became obvious the job would take longer than had been booked by the call centre, instead of taking a sharp intake of breath & telling us we'd need to rebook (as we've had other engineers in the past do!) , he got on the phone and just extended our call-out time.

He kept us updated during the visit and went above and beyond to not only clear the blockage we'd called about, but to find out what may have been causing it as well, and once he had, he contacted other departments to get the issue solved for us completely.

Professional, friendly and efficient, he's a real credit to Dyno-Rod!

Connor and Harry arrived exactly on time and began work immediately. It was a messy job but both were cheerfully polite and smiling throughout.
They persisted until they located the source of the problem and then fixed it!! Delighted and relieved.
