Callum has just come out to short a blockage in our drain. He was so informative, even when it wasn't an issue he could resolve he got onto united utilities straight away and sorted the problem for us with them directly

The main drains were blocked and overflowing onto the patio. Called Dyno and Callum was sent out. He cleared the blockage and was very helpful with excellent knowledge of the trade. Would definitely recommend using Dyno to friends and family.

The blockage had backed up to sink drain causing a horrible eggy smell in house.
He explained were the blockage was and how it can be caused.

Excellent service from start to finish from contacting the local office, the initial visit and today's visit by Connor. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy so knowledgeable and friendly. It was a big job repairing the drain 5 hours +. He took it in his stride and was so tidy and took time to explain. Couldn't ask for more. Thankyou all.
