Service from the engineer was excellent.
The gentleman, Mathew, was efficient ,professional and courteous. Only problem was that I never had a call to say he was on his way. A church hall is not always in use, so it would have been a wasted journey, if a hall user had not rung me. The person who took my call, kept saying " no problem", but clearly didn't listen when I explained that they needed to call me. Mathew, the service engineer, was excellent.

Amazing, fair priced, and a great number to keep on speed dial!!
Such a polite man came to fix the plumbing problem in the home.. shoe covers and all other protective bits protected our carpets, walls etc from dirt and damage - it showed total respect for our property and as he cleaned up after himself - I didn’t have to do anything except be over the moon with the service and the “jobs a good ‘un” moment..
The man explained the problem using words anyone can understand - there was no ‘job’ or ‘technical’ wording that the average person may not understand.. he then completed the work, quickly, quietly and fixed everything..
I wasn’t pushed into paying for anything extra.. the chap was an excellent example of how business should be done! Thank you - I will definitely recommend your company as a first choice and your company will remain my first port of call!

Excellent service
Excellent service, had 4 firms come to try and clear a drain with no luck. Matthew came and worked extremely hard. Was determined to get the drain clear and was successful! Very helpful and would recommend to anyone.

We had an emergency blocked toilet at…
We had an emergency blocked toilet at our mums. Our Mum is 89 with Alzheimer’s - dyno rod were amazing- came out within a few hours and sorted the problem in the pouring rain. They were really respectful, polite and kind to mum and we were so impressed with the whole service and not expensive. Definitely recommend and would use again. Thank you

We have recently used Dyno-Rod to…
We have recently used Dyno-Rod to unblock a drain and I cannot speak highly enough of the work carried out by Carl and Sam. It was a difficult job that involved digging quite deep holes in our lawn to gain access to no fewer than six manhole covers before the blockage was found and removed. Carl and his colleague demonstrated a lot of expertise and determination to solve the problem. So, overall, well done Dyno-Rod!

Very prompt response from Dyno-Rod
Very prompt response from Dyno-Rod. Tom arrived within 15 minutes of my call. We had a blocked soakaway that was flooding our driveway with the water about to enter our garage. The job wasn’t straightforward but Tom persevered and managed to clear the blockage - working throughout in heavy rain. He also swept all the debris off our driveway leaving everything clean. I have no hesitation in recommending Dyno-Rod. What a great service!

Exceptional Service
The speed at which Dyno responded is truly commendable. Tom arrived the same day. He conducted a thorough investigation and carefully explained every stage to me. He was extremely polite when walking through the house. Despite mine being the last appointment of the day, and it was getting dark, Tom never rushed and kindly explained other options which would have taken more time. Tom was exceptional and a real credit to the company.

Definitely would recommend
Brilliant. Came the next morning to investigate our blockage to upstairs bathroom. Gained access to our stack, cleared it, all sorted. Lawrence, the engineer, was professional and polite. We had got someone else, a local company, to come and have a look and they quoted £450. Dyno Rod came and charged me £190. Would definitely keep using DR and only them. Thank you to Lawrence, lovely bloke

Id certainly recommend Dyno, a very pleasant, gentleman (forgotten name). Carried out a thorough examination and answered all my many questions putting my mind at ease. He explained in detail in a way i could understand, I’m an elderly lady.
