Tom did an excellent job today helping us with our blocked waste pipe. When the problem was revealed to be more difficult and complicated than previously thought, he persisted until the job was done.

An excellent drain repair job
The two repair engineers who did the work for us today, arrived just after 08:00 and we're friendly and very efficient. The "lead" engineer explained everything that needed to be done and I was able to see camera shots of the offending drains. The work too around four hours to complete and was carried out professionally and with Cate for our property. Would thoroughly recommend Dyno Rod for any major repairs. The cost was also very reasonable for the type of work that was done.

Fantastic service
After being messed about for days with another company leaving us with a blocked toilet overflowing into bath all sorted quickly and easily and a fraction of the price.
Lawrence was polite, efficient and even cleaned the bath. Definitely using in the future.

Really pleased with the service from Dyno. We had a leaking kitchen sink, and Connor the engineer was polite, efficient and extremely helpful throughout.
Installing the new tap wasn’t straightforward due to a few obstacles, but Connor dealt with everything without fuss and got the job done to a really high standard. The new tap looks great, and importantly, he left everything clean and tidy with no mess.
Great service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Dyno

Excellent Service
Tom the engineer was excellent and we were able to identify the cause of the blockage using the endoscope. Came within 90 minutes and cleared the drains very efficiently. well worth the money.

Good service but over priced
Service provided was excellent and the technician was prompt, solved the issue and was polite & courteous.
However, Dynorod did not call in advance to lay out the costs, which they have always done in the past. This meant I was not aware of the significant price increase as well as the Saturday fee. I went ahead with the work once the technician was here and he advised me the costs, as the work had to be completed, but it was 40% higher than similar previous work.

I'm sorry you aren't happy with the price which reflects that the visit was on a Saturday whereas previous jobs were during week days and the last one was more than one year ago. If this visit had also been on a weekday the increase would have been £8.50.

Quick response and resolution.
The operative was on site in 15mins. His equipment was all professional as was his altitude and he was polite and helpful. A full explanation was given and evidenced on his drain camera and when finished the work area was disinfected clean and tidy.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service received from the initial phone call to the clearing of my drains.
Scott who came to work on the drains was polite and professional, and clearly enjoys his job, which makes a nice change.
