Engineer was honest.
Engineer was straight forward but only marked down as I told them it was a rain drain and they told me they would camera it as no one knew where it ran to so I booked it. When they got here the engineer said he was not told it was a rain drain and he could not camera it as it the drain pipe was to small. He did give me the option to leave it but said his drain hose pipe might get further than mine. So made the decision to do it and it.

Well done to the guy who sorted the situation, call centre lass, take a Customer Care course
First off, let me explain my star rating. The operative, Kev, that arrived at the property, did all the 'dirty' work was 5☆ , the call centre operative was obviously unhappy working on a sunny Sunday! So much so, I actually arranged another company to come out! She actually cancelled the call by hanging up so I wasn't 💯anyone would come out.

I rang late morning and my problem was solved by 4pm. Very impressed with the service. Sorry I didn’t get the nice chap’s name but he was so polite and helpful. Very efficient service. Very pleased.

You won't get better than Dyno rod
First engineer came and started the work and was very polite he then injured his finger and called another engineer to complete the job they were both very good they both came on the time I was given and just got on and was very good I will definitely use them again

Great experience
The engineers were on time, polite, helpful and hardworking. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. They explained what they had done in layman’s terms and clearly articulated how the improvements would benefit me. Kevin and Lewis are a credit to Dyno Rod.

Initially called Dyno for gully block then I was introduced to Terry what a great chap from start to finish he done a solid job. Also, with his recommendation to install rat interceptor bung on my manhole completely stopped rats coming through the sewer. Thank u Terry thank you Dyno and British Gas no more words left to express my satisfaction.

Up stairs toilet blocked Called Dyno Rod as toilet was back…
Called Dyno Rod as toilet was back flowing into shower. Engineer was with us within in three hours but sadly unable to unblock situation. Advised would come back on Monday and appointment kept.with in half a hour toilet un blocked and able to see that it was a build up of limescale in the pipe reducing the flow. From start to finish the information given was clear and right to the point, the person carrying out the work was thoughtful, respectful and friendly. Thank you

Water overflowing from tank in the loft beginning to seap through the bedroom celing. Called at 8pm plumber there by 9pm. Issue fixed in 45 minutes. Plumber very helpful and polite
