Plumber was straight to the blockage, jetted through and cleared, very efficient and pleasant fella.

Job done quickly, politely and professionally. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because it is so expensive

I had an emergency with my shower, I called them to come and they said they will be here in the same day,but of course they didn’t. I called someone else and after 4 days they called me and they asked me when they can come to
fix my shower… very bad

Polite and efficient and a fraction of the cost of the last guys that turned up.

Sunday, made call at 12 noon, was told up to 6 hours and £200. Guy rang 45mins before and arrived at 3.30. Did job in 5 minutes, very nice chap. Only charged £140. Very happy.

Was kept informed of when engineer would come. Stewart was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. Cleared our drain in 15 minutes. Really great service at an excellent price. Well done dynorod would absolutely recommend you guys.

Booking on line was easy, but option of all day, morning or afternoon would be better than just all day or mornings. When I phoned to request afternoon this was possible. I was phoned on the day to confirm planned visit.
When Stuart arrived he was efficient, polite and explained the blockage problem and how best to manage it.

Having done a video survey and identified the broken piping which was causing the frequent blockages, we went ahead with repairs. Freddy did an excellent job of digging out, repairing and making good. Efficient and conscientious, he completed everything to a high standard. Ability to fix convenient and reliable date with clear estimate is valuable.

Excellent service, they could not have been more helpful or informative. We will be proceeding with the quotation ASAP.

We had total blockage of underground waste pipe between kitchen & manhole. Having spent days removing kitchen sink unit & cutting through floor to access main waste and rodding etc we failed so called DynoRod out of desperation. Much to our relief Stuart quickly cleared the blockage, inserted a drain camera and showed us where the problem had been. Highly recommended.

An excellent service from Stuart on the two occasions he visited our house. The 1st was to correct an immediate issue that he did quickly and completely and we were very pleased. He recommended some additional work to avoid futures issues and left it with us. We decided to go ahead with the work and thankfully Stuart came to do the work. He was extremely thorough and we are very happy with the work.
