Dean Barber, come in sorted the job, very kind and friendly, hard working.

We had a blocked drain and Dyno-Rod came round in a few hours and fixed it easily.

Bobby came on time and sorted a tricky blockage quickly and efficiently, dealing also with a badly fitted outlet that caused problems. Super happy. Thank you.

Dean from Dyno unblocked my kitchen drain today. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He approached the job with diligence, ensuring that the issue was completely resolved. Not only did he effectively clear the blockage, but he also took the time to explain the process and offer tips for future maintenance. Deans expertise and commitment to quality work truly made a difference.

Panayottis from Dyno sorted out a leak in our basement with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. His explanations were clear and precise and the job was completed extremely quickly. Couldn't recommened him highly enough.

I requested an emergency appointment with Dino, to unblock a toilet , for my autistic son to be able to use. I am delighted to write, a very polite and helpful Engineer called Dean Barber attending the appointment within 45 minutes of my phone call. He was very professional and unblocked the toilet within minutes and also had a look at yeh drainage system to ensure that there was no other blockage. I have to say I am very impressed with the impeccable service I have received from Dyno East London, in particular from Dean Barber. Thank you again for your great service.

Really pleased with the response to our issue. The engineer, Dean, was great and kept me up to date as he went along and explains next steps really well.

My experience with Dyno has been amazing from start to finish. Starting at the beginning with Rochelle who was my initial contact, just so courteous and polite. She kept me informed from the beginning with regards to booking the appointment and delivery of the tank. She sounded very young but so professional and I'm sure will be a massive asset to your company. Then Cameron arrived to fit it and all I can say is wow. What a lovely guy, so informative, knowledgeable and more than happy to explain every part of the tank and what I need to keep an eye on. Again, great asset. I'm 54 and always had a good work ethic but didn't know that still existed. Give them both a big pat on the back, you have two amazing employees there. A rarity these days.
Also want to say that the guy that came originally, appointment just before Cameron was great too. To be fair, all of my interactions with Dyno have been first class.

Cameron arrived on time as advised. He was very polite & professional from the moment he walked into our home. He wore overshoes as soon as he walked in and confirmed exactly why he was here.
We had a leak from our tank in the loft coming through the ceiling and down onto our staircase. Cameron was there to remove our old tank & renew with a new one as Dyno Plumbing previously investigated and felt the tank probably had split. We were told that it was an all day job as special equipment had to be used for access & health & safety reasons.
Cameron updated us regularly throughout the day of how things were going. Well done Cameron you are a credit to the Company. We hope they appreciate you.

Renell, was very professional, friendly, courteous and respectful. He was excellent in the work he did, ensuring that every thing was working perfectly. Before he left he cleaned the place and left everything neat and tidy. He was very organised in his approach to work. Thank you very much for the service Renell provided.

What went wrong! Absolutely everything. After 3 visits (over a period of two weeks) from 4 different Dyno Rod personnel for a blocked drain the problem was not resolved. This was an absolute emergency as there was 5 adults living in the house (one of whom was 92 years old) without a toilet for 10 days and nights. Dyno Plumbing and Drains office staff are extremely rude and totally unhelpful even though I told them the situation of not having a toilet in the house. Completely unsympathetic even when I said I had to take my mother to use the all night McDonalds toilet several times each night. As this was insurance via British Gas in absolute desperation I did an online chat to a virtual agent who did understand my plight and passed it through to the Escalation Manager at Dyno. Finally the situation was resolved by Shane at Shanes Draines, who was absolutely amazing and cleared the drain in 30 minutes, something which Dyno failed to do in two weeks. The stress and anxiety of living in a house with 5 adults and no toilet for 10 days almost gave me a nervous breakdown and I will never, ever use Dyno Rod again

Had Panno round. Fixed problem promptly. Extremely efficient polite and friendly and professional service.

Pasquale arrived bang on time having given half an hour telephone warning - appreciated as it was early in the morning. He was courteous, quick and efficient. Great company - best way to contact their office is by email.

Dyno Rod East in London are awful. don't turn up for appointments, don't respond to e mails and are generally unreliable.

British Gas asked a dynorod engineer from East London franchise to visit my home under a home service contract. Dyno ended up fitting a new toilet. Dyno did not fit the toilet properly and caused a flood that severely damaged my ceiling. They now are ignoring my emails and even British Gas seem to be unable to get them to respond. The damage caused is definitely their fault as the engineer used the wrong screws which another dynorod engineer confirmed and even apologised for. He said the work was incorrect. I would strongly not recommend this company. The second engineer was excellent but when they cause damage they ignore you. They won’t even tell British Gas who is supposed to deal with their complaints process and have ignored mine and British Gas follow up emails. As dynorod entered my property under good faith, working under a contract with British Gas I ask management at British Gas to ensure their subcontractor deals properly with their loyal customers. It is frankly upsetting. My home is damaged and dynorod have failed to even do me the courtesy of speaking to someone. I would give no stars to this franchise if I could.

Didn’t show up!
They can’t guarantee to come on the date of your appointment. If they get a big job before or emergency they don’t come. I waited in all day for nothing and they can’t even guarantee it won’t happen again another day.
Dreadful avoid and go elsewhere

Cancelled on the morning of the job with a 4 day delay. Person who called seemed to have no understanding of the implications of not having a working toilet for a week. Ultimately a let down at the last minute with no apology.
