Very good experience, gentleman was very cheery and the job was done in a little over half an hour. Saved me a lot of stress.

Amazing from the point of conversation on the phone. Would recommend them to anyone as they are polite and professional company.

The engineers were not particularly friendly but Kamal from the service team more than made up for it as he was very understanding and helpful. An example to others.

Answered phone promptly. Reason for 4 stars, I had to chase up appointment, besides that a very good service, I'll definitely recommend and use them again myself.

Saved the day. Main stack pipe was blocked our flat was getting flooded. Found the source of the problem and resolved the blocked in no time.

My engineer dennis was outstanding never seen an old man move so fast

While I thought the service was good while he was here, Cary promised that he would get someone from the office to call me back that afternoon to arrange a more detailed investigation with what’s causing our loo blockage. That was 3 days ago and I have still not received the call.

Highly knowledgeable and extremely efficient and helpful.

Sam was extremely knowledgeable and worked around the challenges with property and drainage access. Very happy with the quality/detail in the CCTV drainage survey. It has alleviated any concerns and was well worth it

Booked for a call our to unblock the bathroom pipes. Friendly guy named Cary, was confident he could get it done, and with me as an extra pair of hands, sure enough we did. Even helped to clean up as much as he could before he moved onto his next waiting customer. Excellent service, came well equipped and persevered like a true professional.

Two great guys attended a blockage in our storm water sewer at the rear of the house. They diagnosed that the fault was with the soakaway and cleared as much as they could. The equipment was up to the task that were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend any day.

Same day service.
Both engineers polite & friendly and even though couldn’t guarantee work ( through no fault of theirs) gave me plenty of advice as what we needed to do next.

It was quick and easy to get through and actually speak to somebody which is something that you don’t get very often in today’s society.

The communication was 2nd to none. The engineer who turned up was polite professional, caring and Explained everything in detail. Was really happy with the price and will definitely recommend Dynorod
