From start to finish Dean and Luke were efficient, professional and very knowledgable of the task in hand. They kept us fully informed of each step of the work. Friendly and approachable for advice on other drain related work. Would definitely recommend them. A huge thank you to them both.

Very attentive and kept us in the loop of the process. We weren’t charged for a second needed call out which was good service. Only negative was that we were told we would receive an accurate time slot which never happened, meaning we weren’t prepared for the house call and hadn’t sorted a permit for the engineer

Due to a company agreement I was to use British Gas and Dyno Rod for my EV charger installation.

I was quoted nearly £10k for ducting work which didn't include the cabling or charger unit itself. It seemed as though they did not want the job and were pricing themselves out.

My EV charger order was eventually cancelled later due to a lamp post which I have no control over.

We just had Dennis come to inspect our kitchen drains as they have been blocked for a number of days now. He tried a few different bits of equipment and took time and care to identify the problem. Once it was determined to likely be a fault with the communal line he helped us to formulate a response to our housing organisation. We were not charged the full fee which was generous considering the time spent investigating. Very helpful and professional throughout, would happily use Dyno rod in future.

Sorted the initial problem and issued a quote for work needing doing to ensure the problem doesn't arise again. Even deducted the cost of the first visit from the further works. Can't fault them really

It was easy to book a plumbing appointment, i urgently needed my toilet to be fixed. A very nice gentleman came to sort it out. He was very kind. Thank you.

Amazing service.
Original visit was quick and easy.
Unfortunately the limescale in the pipes crumbled and caused a second blockage, but the guys came back out and solved the problem straight away.

Called and explained my drain had soil in it which had blocked the drain hole , we had unsuccessfully tried to clear with a power washer.
Engineer turned up on time - poked around for c5 mins with a rod then said he couldn’t unblock as something solid like a brick was in there so would need to be drained. That would be £400 an hour min 2 hours.
Will be taking my customer elsewhere.
Spent £50 being told what I had told them.

Sorted my drain again after I'd let it get in a state again 7 years after they last fixed it!

There are two gentlemen who came to clean our drain system at st James avenue in Gravesend shame I didn’t ask for their names but they were super amazing and they even drain our bathroom which wasn’t even part of the job they came to do. Thank you two

Had a lad come out with his camera told us what was wrong went out to his van came back have us some paperwork then left there was no we can fix it or how it could be fixed nothing had to call another firm who put camera down the hole then fixed it there and then

Called an emergency drain engineer out on Saturday, they confirmed they would attend but no one called or attended. I called them Sunday and they apologised but the job was now booked for Sunday, again no call or attendance, I chased them in the evening and they said it was still booked but no one came. I then called them on monday to cancel, they then apologised and said they had limited resources at the weekend but couldn't be bothered to tell me at the time. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Given 5 star even though they turned up later than expected. Reece had been extremely busy with other jobs but he did phone me to explain. I still needed him to come out as it was an emergency. What a lovely gentlemen. He was brilliant and solved the problem. I would highly recommend
