Excellent fast service! As a Health Centre a resolution within 24 hours of contacting the company was great. Our drains had been blocked as cleaning wipes had been flushed down the toilets, however we didn’t know what was wrong, all we knew was each time the toilets were flushed the water was rising to the top of the toilet and pipes were making some very loud and strange noises around the building. The engineer Chris kept us informed of his arrival time and the work being carried out whilst on site and provided pictures and a detailed explanation of the work carried out to get us back operating as normal.
Chris arrived a very short time after my ‘distress call’ and phoned ahead with his arrival time. Excellent friendly service with explanations along the way. Couldn’t have wished for a better service. Thank you 😀

Dire service booked a plumber to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, which is affecting my kitchen units and floor six days ago. On the day of they were meant to turn up they canceled the appointment, When i say they a call centre 176 miles from my house. This they rescheduled for 3 days later. The Reason given i did not answer my phone, due to me being in another room in the house. All other correspondence was done by text, from this company, from the day before to 3 on the day. A days wages lost for their laziness. Call centre staff rude and placed the blame on me and would not re-instated the visit even though i phoned back within 5 minutes.
Exceptional service. Lewis arrived within a couple of hours of me booking the appointment, he was understanding, kind, friendly and fixed our problem quickly. Thank you.
Booked an appointment with Dyno Rod 4 days ago to clear a blocked drain. On the day of the appointment, and 2 hours after the appointment time, I was phoned by the call centre to say that they would not be coming today because they had more 'important' appointments that needed to take priority. No apology, no ownership of the problem. The most poor of customer service experiences.
Dyno Rod were due the day before and didn’t turn up. It would have been good to have been kept informed. Despite the missed appointment the customer service following was great and the Engineer Lewis was really helpful and quick and efficient hence the five star rating
Shame they couldn’t come the day I called in blocked drains but …. When Lewis did come he was brilliant.
The process was explained clearly and he cleared the blockage very very quickly.
Job done! He was professional, polite and friendly, what more do you want.

The guy that came to see to our blocked drain was incredibly helpful. He couldn’t do the job as needed a tanker which i didn’t know when explaining to first point of call upon booking. To save everyone’s time and energy, it would be great if I could’ve sent a video of problem and area surrounding it. I’m now waiting on a different company ..who has a tanker.
Have a plumbing home care contract with British Gas but plumbing repairs carried out by Dyno. We have had to use them for a handful of drainage related issues over last couple of years, every occasion their engineers customer service skills were dreadful and this week have had the most painful experience trying to get a tap replaced. First appointment engineer didn’t show up, second appointment only organised due to us chasing and then engineer didn’t show up as he turned up at incorrect address (suggest you use sat nav) then hung up on me as he said he wouldn’t attend as the problem wasn’t an emergency. Again we called their office and chased twice for another appointment. Service levels are absolutely appalling their entire team need to be much better trained on how to speak to their customers.
Arrange a callout with HQ - very efficient. Engineer booked for the next day.
Apparently passed onto my local branch (we live in South Devon).
No one turned up for the appointment nor called to say they were running late. Waited in all day to meet the engineer missing work.
Called to find out if they were running late, but told that someone would call me back.
No one called back.
Called again an hour later but again no one able to answer my question and promised someone would call me back.
No one called me back.
Called once again to get an update, and was told by the lady there it wasn't her fault and not to shoot the messenger. Apparently they were very busy and under a lot of pressure. No apology or solution offered.
Finally got a callback to be told they were running late but didn't know when they would arrive. Again no apology, just that we were low in the priority list due to other emergencies.
When the chap did turn up, he did a great job - friendly, helpful and informed, plus cleared the blockage and gave us some good general advice.
It strikes me that the office staff aren't to blame, nor is the engineer - but someone in management is doing a terrible job at organising their system and customer service processes.
