Dan was my engineer and super helpful in sorting out my blocked drain.

Overall my experience with dyno is mixed and I was not satisfied with the prior call out. However dan as a senior engineer was straight on the issue, so I am satisfied with the service.

All good. Excellent communication and positive determination to do the job properly. No hesitation in recommending this team. Very happy. Thank you

In both visits, the team was terrific. In particular, Jaegar worked very hard and had the best attitude trying to resolve the problem.
The only issue is that the mechanical hydrolic lever used in the second visit should be standard on any Dynorod van. It is really quite basic

Excellent courteous and professional service

Extremely unprofessional- arrived without the right equipment and had to argue for time to be taken off billing where engineer couldn’t figure out how to use equipment. Tried to leave me with gutter in a complete state and full of mud . Had to escalate to get them to clean it up would never use again

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and professional engineer who fixed the issue in no time at all. My only reservation is the cost which at £180 is pretty expensive! Although work is guaranteed for 28 days.

Our engineer Ryan Cater went out of his way to make sure our problem was fixed in a timely way. Both professional and personable we have been extremely impressed with both Ryan and Luke from Dyno Rod - who have both shown perseverance and willingness to help us fix our drains issues - many thanks

Completely unprofessional and poor customer service. Booked a repair for today, the engineer was meant to call to give an ETA. I had to call and email 3 times to be told he wasn’t coming after all as he was running late on a job this morning. If he was running late from this morning then he should have called to say he was unlikely to come today. Complete disregard and disrespect for people’s time.

Absolutely amazing service! Sunday call, guy came within 1/2 hour, assessed and needed more equipment. Went. Came back with help and fixed all in good time. Really lovely guys. So friendly and helpful!!! So grateful for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Booked an appointment on Monday and was told and engineer would get to me for Wednesday at the latest. I called the local
Office this morning to find out my time slot and dealt with a very rude customer service agent who informed me my slot would not be covered today. When i explained that i had taken day the day off work to be at home and i was leaving next week for work she didn’t seem to care less. Very disappointing customer service

Dyno-Rod previously came to the property and successfully emptied and cleared a drain and repaired a cracked pipe (by lining it) which they had discovered using their camera.

On this occasion - same drain - someone attended last week, poked about, filled up their water tank and tried to hose the blockage free. No success. We were told that this was a "two man job" and an appointment was made for yesterday. One man turned up and merely repeated exactly what the first man had done - again, without success. Now we are being told tht the first available appointment is in five days (Monday) and meanwhile sewage is leaking from the drain on our drive onto the pavement. What the hell has happened to Dyno-Rod?

Since typing the above I have spoken to Dyno-Rod who advise that they do not clear drains, merely unblock them. If the drain is full how could they do this? As I type this a local engineer is working at unblocking the drain - having manually cleared it first!!!

All great. Service engineer on time and efficient.

The engineers went above and beyond to fix the blocked pipe and provided a narrow and specific solution to be done by the plumber. Thanks!

The quote was not clear enough and whilst they identified the issue they did not fix it as it required removing the toilet to remove accumulated scale in the pipe (I later received a separate quote to do the job).
Clearly not what I was expecting.
I did not get any value for money.

Engineers were professional, friendly and great.
Staff were very helpful and friendly on the phone. Highly recommended.
