Really was a perfect experience.

Booked yesterday, for today, after flooding and clearing up following freak rainfall!

This morning had a call before to give idea on pricing and to let me know engineer on the way.
Martin arrived and got straight to it. He was able to fix the blocked drainage despite working around others shoddy work. He kept me informed throughout, was very polite.

Had a call after he left to pay, simple and polite also.

I discovered a leak on Friday and by Monday morning Dyno had an engineer out to fix it. The engineer, Rowan Smith, went above and beyond to fix my leak. Including persevering with an in-built washing machine that was tricky to get to and going to pick up a part. He was polite and respectful and the whole experience was slick and professional. Highly recommend.

Jamie, one of the Dyno Rod Engineers visited my premises on the 22nd of April to deal with a blocked drain and I was immensely impressed with his high level of competence and professionalism. He was patient, understanding and extremely Customer focused. He is a great Ambassador for your Company.

The technician went above and beyond and was very tidy.

Terrible service, don't bother. I booked in Friday - no show. Spoke with someone, rebooked for Wednesday - no show. Booked again for Friday .... no show. Pathetic really.
*edit* after emailing HQ, they fwd it to Enfield. No response. I went with Drainage Stoke Newington who were brilliant.

Booked in a visit with Dyno Rod and they were with me in 40 minutes. It was an unexpectedly tricky job, but they were fantastic - professional and knowledgeable. I was really impressed with the service

Had a drain blockage-on a Sunday!
An engineer arrived and took a look. He told me he couldn’t do the job on his own, but needed an assistant-it was a Sunday.
He said he would be back on Monday morning at 8:00 am.
At 7:50 he was here with help.
The 2 worked fast and professionally and finished in an hour!!!
When you’ve got this type of emergency plumbing work, these guys are absolutely terrific.
The initial call was dealt with fast and accurately.
Can’t fault them.
Will definitely use them again if I have blocked drains.
The original and the best.
Definitely not cowboys as some of them are.

The engineers who came round to clear the drain were very good at their job and had a great and very helpful attitude.

Rikaine was incredibly helpful and fitted my towel rail to perfection spending a long time on getting everything done precisely.

Exceptional service from Martin who thought he came to deal with a blocked sink and worked for six hours dealing with major blockages in our block of flats. He never stopped for a break and did a thorough clean up when he finished.

Called dyno rod for an emergency at work blockage and they arrived within a couple of hours. The customer service was very good and the engineers were very professional, they fixed the problem, and explained what caused the issue and what was recommended after. We have always used this company for emergency blockage problems and been happy with the service every time Would definitely recommend

Over the space of two weeks I used them twice, the first time the engineer came at 8:45 didn’t call me until 9, worked 55 mins spent 10 mins doing paper work and charged me for 2 hours £466. I asked for another engineer for the second time and the one they sent was in such a hurry that he didn’t even check properly the issue, stayed 15 mins and kept repeating “I have to go”. Very disappointing as I used them before and they were very good…past tense

I have used their services over the last 2 years and all engineers have been respectful, honest and super professional. They have explained the problems to me in a way I can understand and they have great customer services. I can’t recommend them enough !

Quick response and option of same day morning or afternoon timeslot was really useful. Very efficient and helpful agent who turned up and ran check on drainage pipes.

They unblock with a thin rod, and give you a 28 day guarantee, then they come back when surprise surprise it blocks again and say it's your 'fault' that it reblocked and charge you again, it's a scam and this sort of company should be regulated. They came back for a second time, same guy, 2 small rods, I explained that this didn't do the trick last time but he insisted on using the same again, this time it only lasted a few days. Tomorrow I will call a decent company to sort out the issue. If there is a blockage, just poking a small hole in the blockage will not do the trick. It's a scam. Job number 4717653.

Really quick response from the call centre, with someone round within the hour as promised. Dan and his colleague identified the problem almost straightaway and sorted the problem out in a friendly and professional way.
