Michael telephoned ahead. He arrived on time, took a some information from me and went straight to work. I am over-the-moon! He had it sussed and sorted in no time, we're trully gobbed smacked. Thank you for sending us Micheal, Dynorod.

From making the 1st initial call to the office I was amazed at how quickly the team came out to produce a quote. The girls in the office were exceptional in making sure the quote was raised . As soon as the quote was received from the manager Michael McNally and accepted it was carried out to perfection by Zack Perkins on site , there was no mess left upon completion .
The company were all aware of the circumstances at the property and everyone went above and beyond to keep everyone happy .
Everyone who dealt with this job are a credit to the company. Thanks for everything you have done for us .

I couldn’t be happier. I made the appointment for the same day online; had a question and got through straight away on the phone; they sent emails and texts with all the details, I then got a call saying the engineer would be with me by early afternoon, then the engineer rang me to say he’d be with me in 40 minutes. Job done and dusted by 2pm.

I had problems with my drainage after calling quick response and very helpful

Despite it being after 6pm – well beyond the usual call of duty – Michael arrived with a friendly, professional attitude and immediately put us at ease. He showed remarkable patience and dedication while diagnosing and resolving the drainage issue. Using CCTV, he not only cleared all the drains thoroughly but also provided clear visuals to help us understand the work completed.
What truly stood out was Michael’s commitment and professionalism. It is rare to see such patience, skill, and genuine care for both the client and the job at hand. His efforts went above and beyond expectations, and the quality of his service left a lasting impression.

The Dyno-Rod engineers were very careful and professional.

I felt the engineer (Mikhal) was very honest and trustworthy and had the patience to try and explain the complex issue to me and had a real willingness to help

We were kept fully informed of late arrival. An efficient and thorough job was done. Would definitely recommend Dyno Rod.

Blocked drain to property. Easy to book for ‘that day’ appointment. Advised at the time of booking cost, including VAT.

Operative gave me a telephone call when about thirty mins away.

He was able to clear the immediate problem and check for the probable cause. And advise that was not under my property and to call Water Company.

Michal did a great job diagnosing our problem of a collapsed sewage pipe.

Roots had got into the soil pipe and blocked it. After an emergency callout, which temporarily cleared the blockage, a date was arranged for a full repair. Lewis phoned ahead of time on the date scheduled. He assessed the work to be done and got straight down to it. He was quick and polite, explaining what had to done and soon sorted the problem.

Roly was great fixed the problem with no fuss and had a great chat about classic cars is a credit to his company

Michal arrived exactly when he said he would. Got stuck into the task in hand, inspecting our Village Hall drains. He showed me what he found, tree root incursion and a small collapse. Recommended a course of action and quoted for the repsirs.
First rate service.

Sat at home all day waiting for someone to arrive. I was quoted between 1pm to 6pm. They would call before they turned up. He turned up at 9.30pm as I was heading off to bed. Shocking

The technician called before arrival and was prompt. He identified the problem in no time at all and it was sorted out swiftly. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Dynorod based on my experience today.

Great, friendly, service. Multiple issues with our drains and lavatories were diagnosed quickly and rectified. A longer-term drainage problem was identified, and the Company will provide a quotation for the proposed remedial action.
