I ordered 4 items and all had the same…

I ordered 4 items and all had the same tracking number. I only received 3 of the items. The dress was not in the bag. I had to call customer service. They refunded the money but I had to reorder the dress which thankfully they still had in stock. I have still not received my money but had to repurchase.

Décevant

Dans l’ensemble les filles au cabines on été utile et agréable. Rendu à la caisse ça c’est vraiment gâter la demoiselle n’était pas très gentille et mettais de la pression pour aller plus vite et elle a oublier un tag sur un des vêtements que j’ai acheter
je m’en suis aperçu rendu chez moi. Je dois donc y retourner.
Personnellement je ne retournerais plus à ce dynamite (st-Bruno) il en a beaucoup d’autre que le service est meilleur
c’est dommage ça fessais longtemps que je n’y était pas aller et ça se termine avec cette achat

Aucun service au Dix30

Malheureusement j ai jamais ete accueillis par aucune des employées aucun bonjour et a la salle d essayage les vendeuses étaient occupé de parler de leur vie personnelle avec une cliente

J’ai eu une belle expérience seulement

J’ai eu une belle expérience seulement, il était parfois difficile d’avoir l’attention des vendeuses pour avoir de l’aide et il faisait très chaud dans les cabines.

Customer service

Most times when I walk into a store I am immediately approached or within a few minutes of arriving. This time I was not approached at all until I had 3 items in my hand. I looked around and observed staff walking around and talking amongst themselves or helping younger females. I had to put my selection of items down to be able to get to a certain size of pant I was interested in trying. When I was able to pull the correct size and continue to browse only then did someone approach me and secure a room. I continued to look and selected another item and moved towards fitting room i waited a few seconds for someone to let me know where the items were put. I continued to try on my selection and again when I went to ask for assistance in a different size , waiting minutes and leaving curtain open so someone could ask me for assistance, I finally walked out myself with the clothing on and continued to get a different size myself. I observed again at one time, 4 young ladies at the register talking and not paying attention. I continued to try on my items this time maybe they realized their lack of customer service and then offered assistance for sizing. I didn't plan on purchasing anything I was just browsing but in the end I spent $400 which I seriously debated on not spending because of the lack of service and attention that was not given. I enjoy shopping at dynamite for the clothing style and line but that was an awful experience and I hope an isolated occurrence .

Very pleasant experience

I asked if they had a different color of a dress I was trying on. The girl said no, but she could order it for me at the cash. The transaction was seamless and the sales person was very sweet and patient.

Also the quality of the dress was incredible! Double lined and quite heavy.

I had my own bag but paying 10cents for a bag inside a mall is not smart business practice. You are missing out on marketing.

The Nola Sculpt Tank Top needs to be longer in length

The Nola Sculpt Tank Top needs to be longer in length so it is cropped on some of us that are taller or have longer bodies, or fuller busts (as that pulls the fabric up). Super cute, but needs to be longer, and come in different neck lines. Only good if wearing super high rise pants.

Achat jeans Heidi

J'ai acheté un jeans gris noir qui après seulement un lavage eau froide et savon doux à fait des spots de décoloration. Je leur ai écrit 9 jours après l'achat et ils ne veulent pas considéré que c'est une problèmatique anormale. Ils disent ne pouvoir rien faire.

Kelly at Chinook mall location

Kelly at the Chinook mall location was wonderful! She provided different tops to try on with a satin skirt that I really loved. She has an eye for fashion. Very pleasant to speak with.

Dynamite Boucherville

Dynamite Boucherville: La fille qui se disait responsable du magasin le samedi a refusé de me rembourser ma robe parce qu’il n’y avait soi-disant pas d’étiquette noire dessus (l’étiquette avec le prix était dessus). Pourtant, je l’ai reçue comme ça, sans étiquette et je suis retournée en magasin la même journée où je l’ai reçue. La robe n’a jamais été portée et c’était visible.

Zéro ouverture, zéro gentillesse. Elle m’a même laissé entendre que j’aurais pu la porter… franchement.

En plus, j’ai appelé le service à la clientèle de Dynamite et la personne ne savait même pas que ces étiquettes noires existaient sur les robes. Clairement, c’est du n’importe quoi.

Très déçue du service et de l’attitude en magasin. Finalement, je n’ai pas été remboursé pour une robe jamais portée qui ne me faisait pas.

Terrible Customer Service and Stealing Money

I ordered a white dress online. Received dress in damaged state. I contacted dynamite and they stated I needed pictures so I said I would reach back out once I was back. Reached back out with pictures and they lied to me and said they changed the policy from 30 days to 14 days. I contacted them about return item within 30 days of buying and receiving items. Luther K was very rude on the chat. I have the transcripts to prove so. This company will not help you with customer service.
