Cheating Business by DURIAN.
I purchased full leather sofa set two years back. Durian delivered me half leather and half fake leather. Now fake leather has started peeling off and tearing off just after one year. For last one year I am complaining but no action.
While buying from Kirti Nagar showroom, Manager had shown me 5 Years guarantee card and stated that all Leather Sofa carries 5 years unconditional replacement guarantee.
Now when I raised complaint, Durian is asking me to pay 2000/ per seat as repair cost.

Cons:
1) The products length cannot be adjusted even for a 5 feet 7 inch person, this is causing pain in the legs and my backpain re-started.
2) Low back rest is not comfortable and resting my legs is causing an issue since the length from seating to the bottom is short.
2) Wrote to customer care but they wrote back stating there is no exchange policy.
3) If the customer is not satisified with the product you people should have atleast an exchange policy.
Pros: The build material is good

Good Product and Service. Delivered before scheduled date.

There is a certain lag in thr the order tracking and delivery status is not smooth

It was delivered on time and ready not required to assemble.
Online customer service representative was very helpful

I ordered a Computer chair. the price was not attractive. after order the order number was wrong in the invoice. No updates provided. i had to call up many numbers to trace it. the helpline is not helpful as it told me send a email as they cant trace the product. its been 10 plus days and there is still no trace of the chair i ordered. i suggest avoid durian website. instead use other sites which are much more efficient.

Once I paid there is no response for last 9 days regarding any status of shipping or delivery.

No clue of my current order D#17626 and customer non accessible and self trace is also not working out .

The chair was slightly damaged. The net at the back was torn on the corner and has been reported to the seller as well. I was promised a replacement for this within 10 days but has not happened since then. Can we please have this replaced asap

Despite doing 5 calls i have not been able to talk to anyone in Durian. I only get a complaint number and told that it will be resolved in 1 day but nothing happens. I feel someone has committed fraud as there is no status on 8750 Rs i have given to them.

I am not able to track my order and valid response as well

More tan a month to deliver something that is in stock within Chennai is unacceptable. While the site is good and ordering online is seamless why should it take a month to get this delivered? At least a store pickup option should be available in worst case.

The installation engineer lacks experience and is not aware of the fitting.

Doing an online transaction wasn't easy as your website isn't Mac friendly. Guess, it's designed to cater solely to Windows machines: that's archaic !
There hasn't been any connect post release of order & remittance of payment.
Quite unimpressive.

Looking forward to receiving a good product though !

Poor effort in keeping customer updated about delivery status. Delivery timelines are unrealistic

There is no communication to me till today, regarding the status of delivery.

Everything is good except the headrest attachment was broken when I got the delivery, I didn’t noticed until I realised that is moving freely & I was wondering why it is doing that. Then I found out that it was broken.
Very Disappointing at quality check of Durian.
