10/10 would buy from them again

This is consistently one of the best places to order tabletop rpgs from in the UK. Always excellent customer service, and (shocker!) they make sure to package your books so that they won't be demolished in transit. I always check here first when I'm looking to buy a roleplaying game.

Brilliant, well-stocked games trader. The service is always first class. Good are well-packaged and I can often find items here that I don't seem to be able to find elsewhere.

Dungeonland are probably the best place in the country for roleplaying games. Really friendly and kind staff who have fostered a great community on their Discord server as well. Pity I live so far away!

Genuinely the best for TTRPGs. Don't use the big guys, shop local and get proper service. I still got my books super quickly, delivered carefully, pdfs in my inbox the same day, zero complaints!

Easily my favourite and most trusted source for TTRPGs in the UK. Absolutely phenomenal stock, fantastic and timely shipping, and unparalleled customer service and consideration. Truly go above and beyond wherever they can, and typically at a better price than elsewhere. Add the rewards system, postage options, and simple and easy supply of PDFs wherever possible, and there's really nowhere better you can go.

They have the best selection for TTRPGs I have seen. I spent alot of time looking for niche books for D&D and they had all of them. They have amazing prices and a cool rewards system.

The business offers 24 hour delivery. Unfortunately due to volume of orders they were not able to fulfil this. Fair enough, everyone gets busy at this time of year - but then refused to process a refund for five days after I contacted to cancel. They spent more time arguing with me about issuing the refund than it would have taken to issue the refund which is just mindboggling. It takes moments to issue a refund and I probably would have used them again; as it is now, not a chance. I cannot recommend this shop due to this poor experience.

Asked many many questions and was answered with an apology because it was their busiest time (Black Friday week), was even invited to the shop for a chat to discuss which game would suit.
Ended up buying a system from them and it was swiftly dispatched and arrived in days.

Will be using again and taking a trip to visit them.
10/10 for customer service.

Great service received from Dungeonland. My first purchase with them and it was extremely good. I ordered a couple of figures on a Tuesday and they arrived by Thursday. Speedy shipping and delivery. Would purchase from them again.
