Dungeonland have been absolutely great for years - the only place you need in the UK for TTRPG stuff. Quick delivery, well packaged.

Company takes care to wrap their packages very well. Postman dropped my box of books, but they were so well packaged it was not a problem. plenty of bubble wrap to protect them, unlike amazon who just throw it in a cardbox box unwrapped. Thanks guys, its appreciated! on other notes, the pdf's came quickly, as did the books themselves. great service all round, I would recommend!

Great service, good choice, fast delivery.

Superb, cheaper than others (even huge multinationals!), arrived exactly when predicted and incredibly well packed so arrived in perfect condition (also unlike some certain other huge retailers...)

Delivery was quick as normal, and when I realised I had forgotten to request the additional PDF I contacted them and they were immediately helpful.

Have ordered from these folk a few times. Delivery is prompt and the items are always really well packaged and protected. Who knew there was so much bubble-wrap on the planet. And their prices are very fair too.

Arrived quickly and packed brilliantly, with a nice discount for some very minor damage that I certainly wouldn't have noticed in any other store, or cared about anyway. The free digital copies were a nice bonus, but I'm glad I could get the physical books.

I ordered a book from Dungeonland that arrived well packaged and the book itself was sealed with shrink wrap. Unfortunately the book had some damage; pages had torn corners and many of the pages were slightly bent. Given the book was sealed, this was clearly an error on the printers behalf. Dungeonland’s Andy got on the case with the publisher and later on sent me a replacement copy and told me to keep the damaged one. Brilliant customer service and the replacement is perfect.

Great selection, competitive pricing, always well packaged and delivered on time. Would be 5 stars, but I have received a dinked copy of a boxed starter set, and a minor superficial mark on the spine of a book.
