Avoid Company
Took a week to get someone to answer the phone. The zipper broke on my hoodie, I was told that all their clothing only comes with a 30 day guarantee. Avoid this company. Terrible customer service. The are called Duke Direct but say they have nothing to do with Duke clothing in the same town. Both Duke clothing and Duke Direct are to be avoided.

A return for a broken zipper cannot be made four months after a purchase, this would be the same in any high street store. I'm really sorry we were not able to respond to you sooner
