Avoid this service at all costs. Meet and greet is non existent.
I used this the first time - the driver was 15 minutes late to collect the car and 25 mins to drop it back. Rebooked again 2 weeks later hoping it was a once off as travelling with work at 4am and was told it would be 25-45 minutes to return the car due to traffic.
They claim to be 7km away from the airport. The car was returned smelling awful and with a lot less petrol than what a 14km journey should be.
When trying to call them when waiting in the airport they cancelled my call twice. In hindsight, you have no traceability of your car and disappointed in myself for even using the service.
This is the biggest joke of a company and should be avoided at all costs

So we forgot where we were parked at arrived in at 4 AM .We searched Z from top to bottom and then Saint Brendan security Guard arrived and drove around and up and down while the husband zapped the key fob …eventually located in X .Thank God for people like Brendan and their kindness.👏

RedBus car park collection every 10 mins is a lie. It simply does not happen. Recently arrived at 1.30am and awaited this bus connection. The screen read 5.00 mins counting down, then a 1 min reverted to seven mins. We waited around an hour. Got on but half the people were left behind. The bus was full. The cause was obvious. One bus operating. The time it took to load, unload baggage. Is there an operations manager in DAA that reviewed these service breakdowns!!

Meet& greet Dublin airport its a joke. Driver refuse to collect us from terminal 1 even we rang him once again to ask. He didnt picked us up from te same location he just decided to change the location what was handy for him but not for us. He refuse to give his name and details that I can submit complaint. I would not use this service again and would not recommend.

Booked with Dublin valet parking for our weeks holiday. I just clicked on dublin long term parking and obv becuase it was full it put me on to these. Absolutely awful experience, left with 4 small children in the cold at 2 o clock in the morning. Had to que for 50 mins for a taxi when we finally gave up trying to see could we find a bus. No one had ever heard of them. Its four fields behind a pub on way out the Ashbourne road about 17 mins from airport. Had to pay 40e in a taxi at 3.30 this morning when we got to car park loads of staff around who said they had never heard of us even tho we had parked there the previous Saturday and they bused us to the airport and had our reg number. Absolutely awful way to end a brillant holiday. They have no contact details online, no email, no phone number. So be careful when booking long term parking as when it is full this is one of the companys that's recommended.

Think twice before parking your car in the EXPRESS RED CAR PARK. We got back from our holiday and our car had been stolen!!!!!!!!!! They claimed it must have been tailgated out. The only CCTV they have is of the cars coming in and out. It’s a complete JOKE! No compensation offered for the inconvenience either. AVOID AVOID AVOID. And be careful leaving your car at any of the airport car parks, because from what the workers were saying, it’s happening all of the time!!!!! Ours was a brand new car!

What a ripoff. We flew to Turkey for a week. We looked online to book the red long term car park which was pricey enough for the week when booked online at €58 for the week. We were under pressure and didn’t get to book in advance online. We therefore had to just take a ticket at the airport and had an idea it would be a bit more expensive but we’re totally shocked when we paid the ticket a week later. €120, absolute madness, rip-off Dublin at it’s best. After having a great week in Turkey where the cost of living was so cheap, this really put us in bad form and reminded us that we are living in one of the highest cost of living cities in the world. Lesson, take the bus if you can or get a lift 😢

Dublin blue car park was over and beyond, absolutely easy and drivers there and back were fantastic, my hat is off to you guys, you are doing a fantastic job..... Long may it continue... Price is right and service with drivers is over and beyond... 100% guys.... Keep doing what your doing..

I recently made two trips from Dublin Airport, parking in the Red Car Park each time. I always take a photo when I park - of my black Mercedes GLA & its surroundings - both to remind myself where I left it, and to send to my nearest and dearest, just in case...
The second time I returned, I mixed up the photos and couldn't find the car. But a car park attendant - Dave Enright - spent an hour with me searching for the car until we found it - parked somewhere else. To Dave Enright I give my very grateful thanks for his help, patience and reassurances that we would find it.

I was first time renting parking space( blue parking space). I didn't know what to do and I called support, men was rude and unfriendly, expected apology although I didn't know what to do. He was acting like as.... . I'm very unhappy and angry with his behaviour somebody should teach times how to act around people .

What a service frm start to finish arrive earlier than expected not a problem at all customer service was outstanding bus transfer was absolutely fantastic on return bus was there no delays,

I had booked this for a week holiday in Feb, but cancelled due to the bad reviews I had read here as I didn't want to risk my car being damaged, or be late for my flight. The regular blue airport carpark costed maybe €10 more than here, but I'd rather pay that than have the experience I was reading by some customers here!
They kept €15 for a SERVICE CHARGE after charging for an admin fee when I had originally paid.
I had rang to explain and the person was just unprofessional. Reporting them to the CCPC as there are numerous reviews here to support my claim.

I parked my car here for three weeks and returned to see that my car will not start, not a fault of the business.
I mentioned it to Sidd who came to try start the car with me to no avail, he mentioned that I should call insurance and the insurance company said that I will have to wait 60-90 minutes, it was -1 degrees outside at 12am and Sidd offered me to sit in the heated cabin with him and offered me coffee and asked if I needed anything and kept me company with a friendly chat. Sidd is a great guy and is a treasure to the business. I would gladly recommend this place to everyone.

On Monday the 01st of January 2024 at around 03.30 I was parking my red volvo v40 in the park and fly white house car park. An employee got myself and my girlfriend to get in the company owned transit van to take us to a pickup point for a lift to the airport. The employee reversed the transit van into a parked vehicle and didn't get out to check the damage. He then drove forward and straightened up the van and reversed again at speed and hit two other cars that were parked. He tried to continue reversing despite being told he'd hit a car. He finally drove forward and turned the van before driving us to the pickup point. I'd have reported it then but was late for my flight to Copenhagen that day. On returning from holiday on Friday 05th at 11.45 am I reported this to the staff when picking up my vehicle. They didn't seem overly interested but said that they checked and there was damaged vehicles.

I park my car on this OFFROAD ..no parking spaces! Dirty soil all around and when I pick my car the antenna on the top of the car was missing!
Waiting a BUS one hour to get to the parking!
Is easy and cheap to park in Finglas somewhere on street and get taxi to the aeroport!
NEVER MORE WITH YHIS COMPANY!

Arrived at the blue holiday car park at 3.15 am, for a flight at 5.45.
4 shuttle buses in the car park, they had us waiting 30 minutes in the freezing cold, 2 buses passed us completely full so we had to walk to another bus stop. What kind of service is this! It says on the site you get a shuttle bus every 15 mins...what a joke.
So how early should we arrive then, 4 hours before the flight??? You call this a service???

Cancelled my booking when I realised the location of the car park and the distance from Dublin Airport. Was initially told my refund would be processed within 7 days, it wasn't. I made contact again and was told 30 days. Its now been 6 weeks and still no refund. No reply from the email address provided. Twice I have been online with someone on the live chat and when I detailed my issue they went offline. Do not use this company!!

Edited to add, when I initially contacted this company to request a refubd they replied immediately with a request of my bank details, stating they couldn't refund my card. I refused and explained I would not be giving bakk details. They then agreed to refund my card. No contact with the company since 6 weeks ago.

This company is a scam. If you get caught out by them, send an email requesting your money back. When they refuse to give a full refund outline the reason you should get a refund and demand it again. When they refuse again report them to the consumer protection and go to your bank and claim back the money through charge back. Good luck 🤞
