Absolute joke of a service
I booked this service last week and nobody answered the phone,I had to leave my car in the airport car park and the price for this is €45 per day no one answered my emails and I rang the only number several times and the phone was never on.
I left numerous messages and emails with no reply.
So be warned everyone this company is an absolute disgrace and I will be contacting the relevant authorities on my return.
Just to be clear I booked this service with park n fly express in good faith .
A Company called long term parking. Ie took the money from my account.
Either way I payed for a service in good faith and I didn’t receive the service promised in your email.

We have reviewed this matter and would like to clarify that this booking was made via longtermparking.ie, who act as the booking partner and primary service provider. This was not a direct reservation through parknflyxprs.com.
Our role in such cases is limited strictly to ground operations based on instructions received from the booking provider. As a result, we do not have control over booking management, customer communication, or pricing.
For any concerns regarding unanswered calls, emails, or charges incurred, these would need to be addressed directly with longtermparking.ie. We strongly recommend contacting their customer support team so they can investigate and assist you further.
