Even though I ordered a large size low resolution print DS Labs did a fabulous job! Beautiful photo, arrived in less than 48 hours and safely packaged in a strong tube with tissue paper protection. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Having used DSCL in the past for some print jobs and noticing they did film processing I sent some 120 transparency films I found that I had taken nearly 20 years ago.
The ordering process was simple and I sent the films off.
I was informed when they had received them and was kept informed of the progress.
Turnround was very quick and the processed films were securely packed to avoid damage.
Overall, very good service

Excellent service, easy to place order and good communication re order status throughout. I’d found an old camera with a 126 film still inside. It had been there at least 20 years yet DS were able to produce some of the photos which held special memories. Thoroughly recommend this company!

I’ve been using DS colour labs for years and the quality of their prints are exceptional, their prices are unbelievable and attention to detail is second to none. The process of the online system is straightforward and will warn you of quality issues. Received my order in 3 day of ordering.

Colours of prints were really off. Prints were also too dark. I tried to complain but was told prints were fine so nothing would be done.

Always a good quality print, easy to order and received quickly.

I was very pleased with the colour quality of my prints, but unfortunately the Royal Mail didn’t follow the instructions on the packing envelope of ‘Do not Bend’.. & so it had a large crease in it from squeezing it through the letter box & the A4 print was therefore damaged.

I called DS & they immediately said they would right then do another print of it & put it in stronger packaging.

I received it undamaged this time as the Postman left it on the doorstep.

I uploaded 104 photos for printing last Monday morning,
by 11.50 am the next day Tuesday the printed photos were delivered back to me.
Very well packaged and good quality A4 photos.

The service Ds offer is definitely of the highest quality and very comprehensive. I do not often order enlarged prints etc, so it took me a little while to navigate through their options and system.
