Just ordered a restored school photograph 48 x 5 inches and apart from needing some clarification on border size, the whole ordering experience was excellent. The end result was also excellent, the quality of the photograph much appreciated by the customer.

When I researched this company's prices they were very competitive. They returned my order quickly and to a very high standard. I will certainly use them again.

Predictable first class service, no worries

After wanting a picture wall and looking at the price of ‘mixtiles’ I wanted another option and came across DS Colour labs. Absolutely amazing service, quick delivery on both occasions. Can’t fault the quality of the print either!! I’ll definitely be using again.

The photos arrived damaged due to poor packaging. It had clearly been dropped and all of my large prints were damaged. They said they will send replacements the following day. I asked for a return for a refund instead as the quality of some of the prints was really bad. I was told they don’t offer refunds and my replacements had actually already been sent out. These replacements have never been received. The company has stated to me that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 doesn’t apply to them.

I would advise to go elsewhere.

Follow the reply from DS Colour labs. I don’t appreciate being accused of being untruthful. Shame I can’t upload screenshots of the emails to show the appalling conduct of this company

I required 2 prints to be made and mounted as a gift and needed it quickly.
Although I wasn't sure about the orientation of the print in the frame, a quick phone call and a very helpful person answered my query and offered supporting information which was also useful.
The framed prints were created the same day and I added DPD shipment which meant they arrived as requested the very next day (being a Saturday).

Even though I ordered a large size low resolution print DS Labs did a fabulous job! Beautiful photo, arrived in less than 48 hours and safely packaged in a strong tube with tissue paper protection. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.
