I had my lips done with Dr Rita. They are super natural I love them. Didn’t bruise. I also had skin boosters with DR Rakus found big difference in lines across the neck and crowsfeet lines. Super rejuvenated. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After a terrible experience at a different clinic where my lips doubled in size I was really apprehensive until I came and saw Dr Rakus. I am so happy with the results because they are natural, no bruising, no downtime and it looked very subtle without it looking overdone, alongside with Sofwave and skin booster treatments it really has complemented success of the treatments specially Sofwave. It has been transformative in the way I look and the compliments that I have received that I look well rested and fresh. I couldn't recommend Dr Rakus more which I have already done with my close friends and family.

My treatment and experience with Dr Rakus has been wonderful! This has been my first experience refreshing how I look and her evident expertise has been matched by a kind, supportive approach which has made the whole experience very much more easy- and fun!- than it might have been. The results are magical yet look totally natural - exactly what I hoped. Top marks and will definitely be back!!

Despite spending thousands on a non-surgical facelift with plenty of different treatments over more than one year, there were no detectable effects. They ghost you in the end, when they don't know what to do any longer but offer no refund.
They treated me nicely and I believe they did their best but it doesn't help if their machines are not making a difference.

The Softwave treatment I was offered was very expensive - £4,200 with an extra session on my lower face which I hadn't asked for. I felt the whole experience was rushed, Dr Rakus quite friendly but more focused on how she looks at 75 rather than my personal concerns. It was very different to my previous visits which had always been positive.. The treatment has made absolutely no difference to my skin texture after 3 months. I'm afraid I will not be visiting again.

I wasted my entire life savings to look younger and came out after 6 months of treatment looking the same way I started. Nothing changed. I was told it must be something I am doing or not doing. My treatments finished when Dr Rakus sold the clinic. I have been so depressed and broke since then.

I have been having lip filler with Dr Rita Rakus for several years now, after having unsatisfactory treatments with various other well known aesthetic doctors in London.
All I can say is that she is an absolute genius. She knows exactly where to place the filler to enhance the lips without making them look unnatural. She has also recently added polynucleotides to my treatment and I'm always absolutely delighted with the result

I never leave this clinic feeling anything other than reborn. It’s always always such a pleasure to have treatment here and the feeling after is truly unmatched. I actually came with a very specific issue that I was insecure about and right from the get-go Dr Rakus knew exactly how to consult me and give me a really clear pathway to how to solve my issue. When I wasn’t totally satisfied after the first batch of treatment, I was invited back in and given another entirely free treatment and have had follow up appointments since - I feel so looked after and understood and feel so much more confident. You need to go in and voice every concern you have super clearly - be concise about what you want sorting and how it has effected you and Dr Rakus will make your worries disappear. 10/10 would recommend (and already have done to all my friends).

I had previously chosen this clinic for its reputation for professionalism and personalised service. Sadly, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
Following changes in management and staff, the approach towards longstanding clients seems to have shifted to a far more transactional and impersonal model.

Attempts to raise concerns were met with silence from senior figures, with communication left largely to administrative staff.
It is unfortunate to see such a well-known name fall short of the standards that once distinguished it.

I have booked a ten session of Emerald laser in this
clinic. I have a nice and friendly therapist and her name is Abi. She is confident therapist and she put me at ease during my treatment. I will highly recommend her as a therapist.

I had a very bad experience at the clinic. For one thing, botox was done wrongly on my forehead (only done on one side, only the horizontal lines not the vertical ones at the same time) which caused the eyebrow on that side to droop and my eyelid to fall over my eye. This looked horrendous. Also, I was not told that botox was being done and did not consent.
However my complaint was dealt with in an extremely conscientious manner and so I am giving 3 stars

I had software with Dr Rita rakus and have to say that it is the best thing I have ever done! A total change and brightening to my face! Thank you dr rakus! Amazing treatment

Unfortunately , I believed the doctors during the consultation that thermage would be a solution for my problems and I booked an appointment for £4000 ( a treatment with a top up in 6 months) and I was promised results but as I didn’t see any changes , I wanted to cancel the second appointment and asked for a payback of the second appointment. I was told i couldn’t but They offered a different treatment (softwave ) for the second time.. I was told it would work but now , after 3 months there are no results at all. I’d suggest not to book these treatments. For me, It was the worst idea to throw so much money out of the window. I would not recommend. Thinking about further steps . Fortunately , I have all email conversations.

Dr Rakus and I celebrated 30 years together as practitioner and client this week. Her skills are always advancing and she treats every facet of my face neck and wrinkles perfectly and professionally.
It's no wonder her practice has developed and grown. Her team and surgeons aesthetically assist every query you have about your looks.
30 years! Yes, you would be correct in thinking I am an extremely satisfied client, customer, patron and friend.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but it has taken me three years to correct my lip filler by Dr Rita and having finally corrected it, I am now leaving a review. I've had to have filler from another doctor to correct my lips/balance them out, complete dissolving from another doctor and then getting them redone.

I saw her after reading a review in Tatler that said she was the best in London for lips but genuinely... how? How is she the best?! Her office, despite being opposite Harrods, is chaotic and messy. My appointment was running late as well.

I think it is only natural to feel nervous about needles going into such a prominent part of your face but she sat me down and filled my lips without telling me what product she was using or what she planned on doing. I remember saying "What do you think about my smile lines" and she just shoved a needle in. The whole process felt incredibly rushed and like I was on a conveyor belt of people to see that day. It certainly wasn't a bespoke experience which anything involving fillers should be.

The minute I left I knew I'd made a mistake. They looked awful and overdone (duck lips). When I saw my friends, they told me she was renowned for doing dodgy lip filler and I was lucky it wasn't any worse. Even other doctors/injectors were horrified!!! I've since seen other women who've been to her and can't help but notice how bad their lips look.
