Contacted Dyfed for a quote for my brother's home.Les needed a new gas boiler and radiators.
The quote was good so set a date for the work.
Incredibly efficient and professional. Dyfed,Tom,Jacob and Ifan turned up on Monday morning,all done and dusted by Wednesday lunchtime!
They went the extra mile.They explained everything to Les and he was delighted with their high standards and advice. We've no problem recommending D.R. PLUMBING AND HEATING.

Dafyd took great interest from the initial survey explaining our somewhat complicated system installed within our querky house. Not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for. The whole DR team were friendly and efficient throughout the installation period. The new boiler and mods all work as explained. We are happy to take out a maintenance agreement. We have already recommended DR to our neighbours and they are also very happy with the works subsequently quoted and completed. A very competent contractor.

We have recently replaced our ancient oil boiler with a new oil combi boiler, installed by DRPlumbing. We have been extremely delighted by Dyfed and his team from the initial enquiry, prompt and detailed quotation, starting and finishing the job when they said they would and taking away the considerable amount of old tanks and pipe work. From first enquiry to finishing the the job took less than a fortnight. We also received a comprehensive instruction ‘lesson’ on the system and settings. We are delighted with the Worcester boiler and have joined the firm’s annual service which is very reasonably priced. The whole job from quote to installation and commissioning was efficient and carried out exactly to time. The team was very professional, polite and tidy and even worked with our very nosey dog who took a liking to them! Dyffed also spent over an hour explaining our boiler, controls and guarantee and has said we can always contact him if we need further help. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Quick response to enquiry, thorough consideration of property and water pressure to discuss the best boiler for us. Great installation with no mess left behind. Dyfed and team fitted a new Worcester condensing boiler to our central heating system. The system appears to be a simple one at first sight. However, once work started a number of pipery routing problems were uncovered which incurred rectification which in turn took more time and materials than originally planned. Nevertheless, the job was done at the quoted price. The team worked neatly and to my observation efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and in so far as possible worked unobtrusively.. In short they were concientious an professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them

Dyfed talked us through selecting a new boiler and provided a very competitive quote. He and his team removed the old boiler and fitted a new Worcester condensing combi boiler. They also replaced two old radiators. They did this in a day and worked very professionally. Dyfed also arranged to register the boiler. Recommended.

Very thorough and professional from initial site survey taking me through every aspect of the works to be carried out. Arrived spot on time, worked to a high standard and cleaned up everything before leaving and ensured I was happy with the work. Dyfed showed me how to operate the control panel ensuring I understood it. Followed up with a call next day to check everything was okay. A great team with attention to detail and customer service.

We recently had our old Rayburn removed and a new external WB boiler fitted. Dyfed and his team completed the work in a professional manner to a very high standard. They even sorted out an old existing fault in the pipe work. They restored our faith in highly skilled professional tradesmen and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dyfed responded to my enquiry same day, We agreed a date for him to visit He turned up at time agreed, explained what work would be needed and promised to send me a quote. I received this by email and hard copy by post within time promised. We agreed a date for completion. Dyfed and his team arrived on day and time agreed. Work was carried out thoroughly and all tidied up on completion. went through controls and followed up with email to ensure everything was working OK

Fantastic services from a very diligent team. They worked very hard over the two days doing a boiler install, re-piping, new rad fitted and thermostatic valve installs for us. Taking the time to leave the place spotlessly clean. All the aspects of the work were discussed with us and they even spent time making sure we understood how to work the new boiler an hive system. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great team.
