I recently contacted the company because I accidentally subscribed to a product and couldn't work out how to cancel it, not only did they deal with it quickly and efficiently they also gave me a discount for my next purchase. I love the products I've tried so far and will definitely be using the discount to try some more.

I purchased the Dr PAWPAW 7 IN 1 hair treatment spray. It's more of a cream so needs shaking really well to get it to come out of the nozzle. Despite doing this before every use the nozzle just clogs up and I could get nothing out after a couple of sprays. I also found it left my hair quite lank. Very disappointing considering it's an expensive product.

I was given a lip balm by a friend for my birthday and I put some on as it did so it also started coming out of the bottom as wasn’t properly sealed. The one application of product was lovely. The customer service was amazing, I emailed and with in the hour, Sarah emailed back asking for more information. I got back to her and she is sending me out a replacement. Great customer service.

I have been using it for years. The tint is the right amount to wear alone or add on top of a matt lipstick. It feels light, comfortable, not sticky, and no need to constantly replenish.

I tried to order and it said 20% off and free delivery but I went to pay and the hair product final price went from £13:50 to £16:20 - it didn't explain why or give me the option to put in the 20% code.

I love the eye cream. It's a beautiful product feels sumptuous on the skin.
Can't fault the price point either.

I just wanted to say what wonderful service I received from Sarah at Dr PawPaw. A pump on the product I bought wasn’t working properly, so emailed for them for advice. They replied very promptly and in the end arranged to send me out a new pump. Great service, very fast, efficient and so friendly. I love the products and the service.

Still not received purchase, custer service is on point and currently working with Sarah. However 2nd order still not arrived.

One of my products nozzles stopped working so I sent an email, they sent me a bigger version and less than 12 hours after sending them my address I had a new bottle in my hands

Great shampoo, face wash oil based removes makeup and mascara really well and eye cream is super hydrating
