I received 2 tubes of Dr Pawpaw lip balm 25ml each as a gift, but the contents would not come out of either tube no matter how hard I pressed. On the back of the tubes it says made in PR China.
I contacted Dr Pawpaw and submitted photos of front and back of what I'd received.
Jessica at Customer service was very helpful, and kindly offered to send me some replacements that had been manufactured in the UK.
I went onto their site and chose their 100% natural options - shea butter lip balm, and the clear lip balm.
I want to thank Customer services for the fast and professional service they provided. They arrived the next day and were beautifully packaged, and I'm very happy with them.

I love all Dr PawPaw products, but had a problem with a split tube of balm from a recent order. I contacted Customer Service straight away and was contacted really quickly by an assistant called Katie. She apologised for the fault, said it would be investigated and promised to send me a replacement tube. I've never had a problem before, but couldn't have asked for better service.

Jessica watts dealt with my complaint when I purchased a faulty product. She was quick to respond and issue a new product almost immediately. It arrived quickly and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Wonderful to see from my favourite brand!

I'm really enjoying using these lip balms. This is because they are very hydrating and don't leave my lips feeling sticky or greasy. They glide on well and have a nice hint of colour in them too. They give a nice shine on my lips and don't feel heavy, just nicely and light
