Great customer service from Sarah after two tubes split. Always use Dr Pawpaw for nails, hair, lips, spots etc.

Had to ask for a replacement pump and this was sent to me very quickly. Good service.

I always use Dr Paw Paw and find all their products to be of good quality however I have just purchased the Shea balm at TKMaxx which is very gritty and has made my lips really sore. I have contacted Dr Paw Paw and today Katie has emailed me to say they will send a replacement balm out. Really good customer service from Katie who was most helpful. I however would still like them to have the faulty product back to see what is wrong with it.

Delivery fast. Very cool packaged. Great value product with so many benefits at a low price. Exceptional customer service. Queries answered promptly and friendly. I would have no hesitation in shopping again with seller and definitely recommending them to family and friends. A great shopping experience. 👍🎖️😃

Went To use the overnight lip balm , Room temperature wasn’t particularly cold probably 18/20°c Went to squeeze some out the top to apply and quite a percentage of a tube squirted out as a thin ribbon from a defect on the seal of the bottom of the tube. All over my hand & my bedding, et cetera. Nice product letdown by poor packaging and annoying as wasted just hoping will wash out of bedding

We emailed Dr. PawPaw to ask for any support through a donation towards our raffle for one of our charity events happening over the next couple of months.

Sarah was easy to communicate with, and provided such a great service. She let us know that the company were willing to support our small charity with a donation and stated that they would send out ‘a few balms’. We were highly grateful for this opportunity to work with them

To our surprise, we received 5 boxes filled to the brim with balms from their ranges! We couldn’t believe it. The team was overwhelmed by the support provided by Sarah and the rest of the team from Dr. PawPaw! We now have such an iconic and incredible prize to show off to our supporters, and we’re able to make up multiple prizes for both of our events hopefully raising more money to put back into the cancer world and make a difference with our small charity!

I purchased the lip balm rated excellent by an app that I have been using because I am becoming more and more careful about what I apply on my skin. It is definitely a great balm without any harmful ingredients and that gives me a lovely feeling. I am going to buy more in the future and looking forward to trying their other products

The new sprays for my7 one hair spray arrived promptly a couple of days after your emails.
Emails I might add that were answered on the day I sent one complaining about the spray not working.
New sprays work brilliantly.

I purchased PawPaw overnight lip mask from a beauty store however the first day I used it, and squeezed the tube, the bottom half of the tube burst! I was unable to return to the store due to this being a beauty/cosmetic item but after contacting PawPaws customer service, they were more than happy to help.
They were quick to respond and sent me 2 new tubes to use which are perfectly fine. I understand this is a manufacturer's issue and Paw Paw could have refused to help however they were more than helpful.

Fantastic customer service - thankyou. The soothing balm is lovely and has helped my lips heal after a bout of cold sores. My tube split when I first tried to squeeze out the balm so I sent a photo and a copy of my supermarket receipt and I had a replacement posted to me by the next day. Reading the reviews - the packaging does seem to be a problem which is a shame as the product is great. I will but again but direct from the website.

I had a faulty lip mask and I emailed dr. Pawpaw about it and they were happy to send me replacements immediately and were extremely nice through the whole process. Replacements were at my door in less than a week. ! Thank you Sarah!

What exceptional customer service from Karla! I am so impressed with this company and the lip balm is awesome! Free of any nasties, just the way it should be.

I bought the spf lip balm. Fantastic product and loved using it.
Unfortunately the container it was in became faulty and split along the screw thread.
I contacted the customer service team at DrPawpaw and had an extremely quick reply from Katie. She was super lovely, understanding and incredibly helpful!
She organised to send out a replacement and asked for the original to be returned and provided a return label so they could look into the faulty container.
I received my replacement in just a couple of days which was great.
I honeslty could not fault the customer service I received and love the lip balm.
