Missing scrub??
Honestly, I received the sleeping beauty gift Collection, and the scrub and nourish came without the scrub???? I’m genuinely confused as to where the product is or how you fill it, it’s like someone completely forgot to put it in the top, it’s empty and completely clean but the balms in the bottom bit so I’m not sure how this mistake was made

Amazing customer service!!
Had an issue with my delivery as my parcel tracking wasn't showing any updates, so i emailed them and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away and I received it in the next 1 or 2 days!

wonderful products
All there products are natural and vegan free. Most are fragrance free too. There is no strong smell when you open up their products which at times can be a blessing. I have used most of their products now and find they are easy to use. They go on so smoothly. My skin feels so smooth and refreshed. Particularly my lips at this time of the year. My lips and skin is becoming a lot more smoother and looks refreshed.

Love the Mocha lip balm
The mocha lip balm is lovely, so flattering and subtle. Love how they feel on the lips. Delivery was fairly quick.

Long lasting lip balms
I bought a coloured lip balm and it was very nice and shiny. I use a neutral lip balm every day and keeps my lips well moisturised for many hours. I like the fact that products are made with natural ingredients. It's a very good company that has supported NHS staff during the first COVID wave with huge discounts!

Excellent service and good quality products

Best hand cream
When pandemic starts I had email from my work colleague that there is link for NHS staff for very good hand cream. I have had clicked, ordered, tried and I can't use any different hand cream other than Dr. Pawpaw that how good it is, my hands finally looking good.
