2nd Car bought here. GREAT job, AARON CHAVEZ! Such a Easy job here of buying a car. Wouldn't go anywhere else !

I walked in expecting to get a older car for the payment amount I was willing to pay. The car was a 2014 Hyundai Sonata with 113000 miles at 15 percent interest. I walked out with a 2023 chevy Malibu with 63000 on it and a 7 percent interest and the same payments I was expecting from the beginning. I ended up getting what I like and happy with rather than getting what I thought i can afford and settling for just satisfied with my decision. Zachary was a very good salesman he made me feel appreciated and not just a $$$ sign.

The sales representative Beverly Chance was excellent she made the process nice and easy also had a great attitude.

If I can give a -5 star I would the riverside location will steal your money and try to belittle a female and the salesperson Maribel seems like she doesn’t want to work and all she did was complain about her kid and didn’t like the fact that I know about cars

So my former wife buys a 2019 Ram Crew Cab 1500 5.7Ltr LIGHT TRUCK FROM DRIVE TIME RIVERSIDE ,CA. Salesman says all vehicles are safety checked/ certified.Salesman is informed she's needs a truck with a 2" Tow Hitch for a TRAVEL TRAILER GOING CROSS COUNTRY WEIGHT 8,000LBS.This one has a hitch and NEW TIRES. SO HERE'S THE DEAL WHO PUTS PASSENGER RATED TIRES ON A LIGHT TRUCK THESE TIRES MADE IN VIETNAM AREN'T RATED FOR EVEN THE TRUCK'S BED PAYLOAD. AND THE HITCH WAS FAKE ONLY FOR TOWING A BICYCLE RACK.IF THIS WASN'T ENOUGH HOW'S THIS NO SPARE RIM OR TIRE!!!! THIS IS SHAMEFUL IT'S SAY EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SITE MANAGER AND SALES PEOPLE.CLEARLY THE BALL WAS DROPPED. MEL SMITH

No hassle. It was EXACTLY what they said it would be.

This is an update to my original review, I had the vehicle less than two weeks and the transmission went out on the freeway. I looked under the truck and it was caked with mud and rusted badly underneath. I feel as though this may be a flood vehicle. Yes it is under the 30 day warranty, but I have lost all confidence in this truck. I’m hoping DriveTime will do the right thing and allow me to exchange this truck for another that is comparable. Time will tell. I didn’t like the wait or the price contradiction. Hassan was a nice guy. 30 minutes turned in to 3-1/2 hours. Also the surprise of a payment every 2 weeks and tracking on your vehicle was off putting! The vehicle wasn’t clean, literally full of silty dirt, and CarPlay doesn’t work.
