This was the third new car I have purchased using Drivethedeal. I have always found their communication to be quick and clear. There were no hidden costs and the price was great. The dealership were happy and didn’t try to upsell any extras.

I first used Drive The Deal fifteen and a half years ago when they saved me about £6000. When the time came to change my car I did not hesitate to go back to them. Did not get as good a saving this time round but I got a good deal. The service is excellent, they answered my questions, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

The staff at the company are, without exception, excellent. Everything is explained clearly and you are taken through each step with patience. They are totally professional throughout.

Purchased a new Skoda Karoq from new unregistered stock via Drivethedeal. The dealer was a fair distance away but as free delivery was included this wasn't an issue and having checked that the dealer was who they said they were, the purchase proceeded very smoothly with all "paperwork" being completed online and the car being delivered within the 10-14 days initially indicated.

Drivethedeal themselves contacted me promptly once I'd made my initial enquiry, provided the finance quote from the dealer and followed up to make sure all OK once the deal was done.

All in all very happy with both DTD and the dealer and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

They have been fantastic for me. I've used them twice and saved over ten grand each time. Nice, honest people to deal with and the prices they find you will be almost impossible for you to beat. To top it all you deal with the main dealer, just as you would if you'd gone direct and if you decide to take out the finance options they are the same ones that direct customers get or cancel within 14 days and you can take advantage of the law that allows you to do so and make the extra saving. What's not to like.

I have used Drive the Deal several times and cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole process is efficient and user-friendly, with no pressure. For value it cannot be beaten. So much better than using a forecourt. Will not hesitate to use again.

Very competitive deal with genuine discounts from the list price over and above the manufacturers standard discounts. Quick response times to my enquiry and easy to deal with. Professional introduction to the dealer who was also excellent in their responsiveness and keeping me updated with delivery times etc
